People were hating on Gasol for not getting out of the first round in Memphis, also, and nobody thought he'd be considered a top three power forward in the league, either, but a lot of analysts are picking up their jaws. When you play alongside the best player in the game and the best coach in NBA history, you're going to play better than you would as a primary option when, actually, Ron was never that big of a scoring threat to be that first option, as seen in Sacramento and Houston. And nobody has to worry about Roy. Kobe will take him. Ron will cover post-ups, the more physical players, such as Melo and Pierce. But okay, you'll see.
