  4. Ok ok I know this is going to look crazy but there is some pretty cool stuff here from training camp practices. Its great that the team is giving more access to the team like this and also give an insight into their practices and D'Antoni's coaching. There are a couple quick interviews mixed in too. I'd at least check out a few, some are better than others. Less than a week till the season starts woo! 6. I dont get why some of the guys listed are even listed, should give some reasons. Here are the ones i'm questioning. LT-LT was never overrated, alot of people saw his demise coming, RB's decline in their 30's, and LT is no different, it doesnt take away from the fact that 2 years ago he was the best in football. Injuries also account for slowing him down. Where has he been overrated this season? TO-Same as LT, dude is 35. and playing in an offense with a trash QB doesnt help. You can't expect him to produce in that situation. IE-Steve Smith+Jake Delhomo=Fail. Randy Moss-Uhhhhhh, wut? Is he not still producing at an All Pro level? Does he not still put up stats a HOF WR would put up? Did he not get 1k yards and 11 TD's even without Brady last year? Please enlighten me. Steve Smith(Car)-See TO Westbrook-Umm wut? Dude gets you 1k yards, 6-7 TD's, 60 receptions, 500-600 yards receiving consistently over the course of his career along with 4-5 TD's, and a total of 10-12 TD's total EACH year and he's overrated. He's been injured this year, gimme a break.

  7. For one, you aren't a bad ass just because you rebel on a message board. There are a load of skinny 12 year olds that do the exact same thing you do. The only reason you're still here is because you post a lot, but looking at our post stats lately, that really doesn't matter to me anymore, and regardless of what any single staff members says (or any regular member here wants), you're now one warning away from being gone for good. There won't be a mercy rule, there won't be a survey asking if you should return, and there won't be any re-registrations. You bait people who you feel are bandwagoners, just because they don't live in a big city. You bait religious people. You bait people that enjoy basketball video games. You bait all Lakers fans, old and new. You have been banned once, suspended five times, and warned too many times to count. It's time you change it all around, or OTR will be entering the new season without you.

  12. I have mixed opinions on this. I think it's different for each sport. Football for example is a game that relies heavily on brute strength and speed. The training techniques today are amazing compared to 30 or so years ago. If you look at the average running back 30 years ago and look at the average RB today there is a huge difference. Football has come the farthest IMO. Basketball is in the middle. I don't think Wilt Chamberlain would be averaging 50 PPG in today's league, but he would still be an all-star bigman. A guy like Mikan though would be an average NBA center IMO. And I think Jordan's bulls teams would still dominate if put in today's league the same way they dominated their time. Baseball I'm not too sure about. It involves mostly skill. The power with pitchers and hitters is probably much higher than many years ago, but I'm sure Mike Schmidt(a guy who supposedly never lifted weights) would be just as deadly in today's league with the typical training the players do today. And I think Gretzky would still dominate at will in today's NHL.
