  1. I don't see the fan being at fault at all, he paid a good amount of money for those seats and to enjoy a good basketball game. As a true fan, you get upset and yell at the refs. This guy just stood up for the entire organization, IMO he was the best fan in the entire arena.

  3. Well, I'm a High Schooler and I'm willing to admit this. Anyways, Prom is coming up and actually tickets have been sold, I'm pretty sure they're done. Well, I got lucky and I'm saying this because.....earlier this year like Jan-Feb around this time, I planned on asking this girl who is a good friend of mine. Now, I have just recently started talking to her and I asked her if she was going to prom, and she said no but she planned on doing it next year with her boyfriend. I'm not sure why I feel lucky, but I feel like I was, probably because I saved myself the embarrassment from asking her only to get rejected because I was stupid enough not to realize that she had a boyfriend. Anyways, these weeks even before I found out she had a boyfriend when tickets were on sale, I wanted to at least inform her that I wanted to ask her, I just didn't have the time, I forgot and I was busy, because basically that was what happened. Would you at least inform a girl if you planned on asking her, but ended up not doing it? This thread is somewhat pointless, but I've just had a completely [expletive]ty school year and I've been so [expletive]ing frustrated these past damn [expletive]ing months. I would just like to know what you would do in my situation.

  4. does it make u feel better saying that your underestimating the celtics how is this team not stocked with vets? im pretty sure they have been playing some defense throughout these playoffs not sure what your watching. Sheed is much better than pj brown shoots better and is better on the block on both ends. rondo plays nearly the full 48 mins so that eliminates house, sure there is no three threat but with the Lakers guards guarding rondo i like my match-ups T Allen is the new Posey just as good as a defender and sheeds ability to shoot the three ball covers for allens lack of shot and as gay as baby Davis is his a great role player and he is stepping up in the playoffs and watchutalkin about KG's speed? whos he doing to be gaurding that is gonna blow past him, gasol? your making it sound like KG is useless and only playing good because of the matchups that are favoring them. the mans healthy he might not have the lift he once used to but hey, either has kobe.

  7. I don't mind the lottery. It adds a bit of a potential drawback for massive losing, while still allowing terrible teams to have high draft picks. The worst the Nets could've been this year was 4th. They're 3rd. Should they have been first? Perhaps, but the slight bump down is a bit of justice for playing some of the worst basketball in the history of the NBA for much of this season. There's no justification for the Wizards having the number 1 pick, but that's how the balls dropped. If you don't have this randomization, nothing would stop horrible teams from trying to lose and getting away with it. The only alternative would be to reverse the draft order which is another terrible idea. All drafts are rewards or compensations for losing. The NBA's isn't that much different from the NHL's either. From what you've described of the NHL, only five teams end up in a lottery and only for the top spot. There's not much drawback for a team with a potential first pick winding up picking second, and mediocre teams are screwed completely. In the NBA, at least there isn't a complete lockout for teams that had better seasons than the dregs of the league.

  8. No way, then you would just get teams that would drop all their games so they could try to get number 1 pick every year. I like how its random. Makes it exciting.

  10. I like the color coordinated crowds....you can't tell me you didn't think OKC's games at home weren't sick seeing all that blue that one game.

  11. Not surprised tbh, most of the fans there are texting on their cell phones or making business calls.
