And you're trying to tell us that JR Smith (yeah, him) can be a franchise player if he just worked on his game and "do as you say." Do you ever wonder why people don't agree with stuff like that? Why nobody actually thinks Arron Afflalo can average 20 PPG? Why nobody has come out and stated that Danilo Gallinari is a franchise player? Why nobody else on the site thought the Nuggets were going to beat the Lakers in 2009, and beat them in 2008? More people would be slamming him just as hard as I am if I wasn't covering everything. But to be completely honest here, this topic isn't even interesting anymore. Once it gets stomped on so many times, I start to wonder why I'm still talking about a guy that's just going to do the same thing every single year, even if his attitude improves (which it never will), because he doesn't have the desire or hunger to be that player you want him to be, let alone possess the skills on either side of the ball or the leadership it takes. When the 2010-11 season ends for Denver in April or May, you can go back to JR Smith's play and see what I'm talking about. And that's if Denver and George Karl (you know, the 900+ win coach that you suddenly give credit to) decides they want to keep him.2 points

Dogs offer very little? I'd like to disagree. Dogs are able to protect their owners and some blind people have seeing-eye dogs, not to mention the police also use German Shepherds to help catch criminals or have them sniff drugs. Dogs in families are definitely not furniture, they are part of a family.2 points

I'm not sure if this has gotten off track... But your stance now seems like what she did was ok because other animals are treated poorly as well? I firmly believe if there was a topic posted with your KFC videos or w/e they would have gotten a similar response.1 point

I'm getting that you're mad because someone tried to measure J.R. to Kobe Bryant. I insist J.R. will not be as good as Kobe, that's not good enough for you? So much that you had to compare Sun Yue to J.R. because "someone tried to compare J.R. to Kobe" Kobe fans need to understand, measuring up to him is a sign of respect, no disrespect... it's such an aloof attitude to say "noone can come close to me." Kobe is the best, and noone will be better than him. We get it. It's hard to make it NOT about Kobe when you Kobe fans do it. This is not about Kobe... this is about J.R. potentially being as good as Kobe... And I didn't just say, "yeah agreed 100% he will be good as Kobe" without explanations. My first post was incomplete that's why I made my second post. And I have elaborated what aspects of the game he has to improve to even think about coming close to his level... and repeated myself that he won't be as good. How it's taken as disrespect, I don't know... only Kobe fans who have too much pride that some other player fans try to measure their player up to Kobe. It makes me sea sick to have to "combat" arguments fueled by Kobe pride.1 point

ESPN In-Game Broadcasting Our primary focus for presentation this year was to integrate the authentic ESPN broadcast package. With this year’s game feeling more like real NBA basketball than ever before, we wanted to make sure that it looked and sounded just like a real NBA game on ESPN. We’re bringing you a dynamic, exciting and realistic experience like no other in which you will truly believe you are in the game. EASBA Online Team Play in past iterations of the NBA franchise has been popular, but lacked a sense of player and team progression. For NBA ELITE 11, we created the EA SPORTS Basketball Association; an online multi-player league, complete with your own created player and created teams. If it sounds familiar it is because we have taken a page from NHL’s EASHL (which has over half a million users). NBA Jam Included with the purchase of NBA ELITE 11 is a one-time downloadable code that will enable users to access three modes of NBA JAM – Play Now, Classic Campaign and Online. Already set to revolutionize the way basketball simulation games are played, the inclusion of NBA JAM will make NBA ELITE 11 the ultimate basketball video game experience available on the Xbox360. I say NBA 2k11 is the clear favorite, but who cares? As long as the game has competition (Unlike Madden) then that's a win for everyone. [expletive] MONOPOLIES1 point

You can't compare a puppy to insects. There's a reason why the police are looking for her. In front of 100 people in your community, and a couple of cops, would you stomp on an ant? Would you stomp on a puppy's head? There's no reason to group the two, and there was absolutely nothing funny about the video. Sure, she doesn't deserve to have her arms ripped off slowly, but she deserves prison time, and she would also deserve to get her ass beat and thrown into a river.1 point

Yeah. I really wish he'd have done that in Philly, New York, or Chicago. Talking [expletive] to the fans in a Marlins-Nationals game in Miami is kind of dumb. Also, hey Nyjer, a word of wisdom...when you are appealing a 7-game suspension for throwing a baseball at a fan.... taking dirty slides, charging mounds, throwing punches, yelling at fans, etc. is not the best way to impress the league.1 point

Okay, so first day of class. My teacher, a Japanese man that barely knows English about 40 years old, asks us why we think Money and Banking is important. (Money and Banking is the name of the class) After shutting down several answers, he writes the word CREAM on the board. And he said "As the great Wu-Tang Clan said, Cash Rules Everything Around Me." I almost fell off of my chair from laughing so hard, it came out of nowhere hahaha.1 point

If they keep roughly the same scoring averages from the last few seasons we're talking around/over 80PPG from 3 guys. Not happening. At best that means 9 other guys would have to average 3PPG or less to get to 110pts, which IMO is the ceiling for this team since they will likely have a defensive identity considering it IS the Miami Heat. Also, because the team is so deep they will not be playing the same kind of minutes as previous seasons, so even if they somehow did carry the same load as in the past, they won't reach the same stats. Bron/Wade averaging 25 a piece and Bosh throwing in 18-19 is about the most you will see from these guys.1 point
