I didn't think the Rockets had any chance in hell against this team after a back to back so I can't say I am surprised about the [expletive] kicking they received from a solid Thunder team. It's the same story night in and night out, except tonight the Rockets didn't have to worry about choking in the 4th because the game was over far before. It's just depressing to watch, no consistency Adelman looks like he has no control over the situation and the laziness on the part of some of these guys is just disgusting. Luis Scola quietly puts on a show every single night and now teams double team him in the post. That leaves four other players the responsibility of stepping up and getting it done and that seems like a daunting task for this Rockets team. Only positive spot again Ish Smith, this kid has incredible court vision. He's just a rookie but playing like a vet, I really can't say the same about Kyle Lowry who is annoying as hell. The same guys I used to hate on for flopping is now on my favorite team, Lowry needs to stop with the flops it's literally pathetic to watch. He has no control whatsoever, and he can't make a shot wide open. Brooks gets criticized for his court vision and defense but when you need his offense he comes through, it's just two point guards who lack something one either end. I never thought the year would start with such confusion and lack of effort. Effort is the one thing the Rockets gave 100% last year, that's why even with a depleted team with no real expectations of doing much damage last year was so much fun to watch and appreciate.
