Best player, and MVP, are two different things. James was the MVP last season because, yes, the Cavaliers were built just for him. Remove the facilitating slasher, and you have a bunch of shooters (Mo, Gibson, Moon, Parker, Jamison, West, even Big Z). You can't expect that team to do ANYTHING when none of them can create their own shot. That's Basketball 101. Stick Wade on today's Cavaliers (and include Big Z), and I'm pretty sure he could win at least 55 games, if not more. James was the second best player in the NBA last year, but a validated MVP award winner. There's nothing to discredit him for...but you can't deny that the Cavs were built around him and would struggle greatly without his facilitating.
