  1. Depends on the situation. In an iso set, it's easily Kobe. Running off a screen, it's a tossup between Reggie and Allen...I'd probably go with Allen since he has a slightly quicker release.

  2. Well, I'm heading out to Florida tonight for rehab, which should last about 30 days. After that, I'm not 100% sure what I'mma do, but I'm probably going to be staying down there for 2-3 months after the rehab. If I'm allowed to bring my phone I'll text Real Deal every few days sending an update, but if not then I should be back here around early March. Hope everyone stays well. PEACE

  3. No, I never said that. You're the one that stated that you'd never, ever sign autographs. That would be ignorant. That would be a slap in the face to those that buy your jerseys, buy tickets to come see you, and make it possible for your team to pay you the big bucks. Without fans, you'd be nothing. Your signatures wouldn't make up for that, anyway. If Dwyane Wade walked up and signed an 8x10 photo for a 12-year old kid, and his dad put it on eBay, it wouldn't sell for as much as the authentic Wade jersey they spent $80 on. Athletes that disrespect their fans are worthless, I don't care how talented they are.

  5. Meh, I agree with Durant to an extent. If Bosh got decked by anybody he'd probably run away. Or throw a punch and run away like a little girl like Melo did. Either way, Bosh isn't tough. It's a fact.

  6. Lol, he was definitely saying something about the play and Bosh just went up to him and started talking to him. No big deal, its the NBA...trash talk happens.

  7. I didn't disregard anything. My last two sentences took care of the rest of what you said. Most kids that ask for an autograph keep it, and they do it because they look up to that person or support them in some way. Maybe it's just a Miami thing, if it's all about selling signatures on eBay. My brother, myself, my cousin, and a ton of people I know don't run off and try to make money off stuff like that, but oh well. Why did they do that? You don't think athletes should sign for anyone, so why are you (or anyone for you) trying to get the signature? Crazy. He signed something for me, which made you wrong. That's all that needs to be said. But, just in case... http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs272.snc1/9933_1244312941278_1033012523_30775013_54978_n.jpg http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h257/guicone/coby3.jpg http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/6a/Lakers_players_signing_autographs.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3069/2635407665_230b25f436.jpg http://i56.tinypic.com/m818nm.jpg http://i51.tinypic.com/23uzli0.jpg In an autograph session, before the game, after the game, on the street, in camp, during a photoshoot...sure looks like it doesn't matter where he's at. Kobe signs. Maybe he knew you would be supporting the Heat soon enough.

  8. Don't really see the big deal here. From my understanding, Bosh fouled Harden, Durant helped him up and told him "Next time, dunk on him" or something like that and then Bosh said something back to Durant. So Bosh is a fake tough for for responding to Durant telling a teammate to dunk on him? Right.... I like Durant and all, but come on, when has Bosh ever acted like a tough guy in his career? He shies away from confrontation, is almost always the one mediating conflicts whenever a group of players get into it on the court and very rarely ever talks crap after the game (or even during, for that matter). Durant just seems sour that his team lost the game because they couldn't grab a defensive rebound to save their life and Bosh just so happened to be the one who got the game winning tip in (I think, at least).

  11. Honestly, with all the attention this little incident is getting, I'm sure the ballboy is really happy it turned out the way it did. KG probably signs thousands of autographs every year, but to get a punchline thrown at you that receives national attention? That, my friends, is priceless.

  12. In that case, John Paxson shattered Charles Barkley's chances of ever winning a ring, and broke the hearts of Phoenix fans forever, only their second (and final) appearance in the Finals, with a three to win the game AND an NBA championship. Where is he on your list?

  13. so because of that, all athletes and celebrities should have to sign autographs for anyone who asks them at any time? not everyone who asks KG for an autograph is a fan of his. in fact, I'm sure some of them hate KG or don't even watch basketball. they just ask for the signature so they can sell it on eBay or show it to their friends.

  17. Laimbeer, Kirilenko, Ginobili and Divac are the top tier floppers in NBA history. Bell, Scola, Stockton, Varejao, Rodman and Fisher are right behind them. I also considered Danny Ainge and Reggie Miller (on offense), and even Wade back in 2006 (offense).

  30. LeBron doesn't get it because Kobe and Shaq were splitting votes during the dynasty, and that's how life is. Wade is just as valuable as James, so they should be splitting votes as well. It's why Kevin Garnett, the defensive anchor of the 2008 Boston Celtics (and one of the best defensive teams in the history of the game), didn't get an MVP award that season. Mention Garnett's stats? Tell me about Steve Nash's stats. Mention Nash didn't have a lot of support? We're back to my point.

  32. I don't think that the low blow was the reason why Frye got upset but rather because KG put his foot underneath him while he was shooting. I watched this game and it was actually the second time that KG did that to him that night, the second time he tried to break his ankle that way. The first time Frye said nothing but this was too much... The low blow certainly did add some fuel to the fire though. About KG's "dirtyness", well it's true that he was already dirty in his Minnesota days but it's impossible to say that he was all his career. I clearly remember when Garnett arrived in the league, when he was still known as "Da Kid", he was totally different to what he is now. He was just happy to be in the big league, surrounded by the biggest NBA stars, even asking for their autographs. He was like a kid surrounded by his favorite stars in his first years in the big league. He only became dirty a few years later and even dirtier when he became a C's... Anyway, honestly I might be the only one but I have to say that I ain't bothered by KG's "ditryness", or anyone else's for that matter. Sure I can understand why people are bothered by it and all but... that's part of the game. Besides people hate KG for that but most people praise Rodman (which I understand as he's one of my fav players) at the same time, which doesn't make any sense whatsoever to me since KG is just a baby girl compared to Rodman. Rodman is definitely one of the dirtiest players ever, much more dirty than players like KG or Bruce Bowen... Also my favorite team ever is the 90's Knicks, which were playing a violent basketball, who tried to hurt their opponents each game, especially in the first part of the 90's. So that might be another reason why I'm not as schocked as most people... All of this reminds me of what Magic said during the 93 Finals. In the first three games of those Finals the game was not particularly physical, the players of those two teams were basically all friends, Jordan and Barkley ate together and all, and you could see all of that on the court. The game became much more intense and physical in the game 4. And during that game Magic said that that's what he was waiting for. That in order to win you have to literally HATE your opponent. It's nice to be friends with the opponents and all but not during the Finals. You have to forget about all that during the Finals, even between the games, this until the series is over. And I have to say that I agree with him. That's what the game is all about, you have to win, to hate your opponent, it makes the game much more interesting to watch. Now of course KG went too far, and I'm not trying to defend him at all, all I'm saying is that... that's part of the game. Sure Frye was upset and I definitely understand that, he could have been injured and all, but... that's part of the game. That's what he's paid for. So that's why I don't hate KG and, quite the opposite, actually like this kind of players. Basketball ain't a sissy's sport, it's a man sport (sadly not as much as in the 90's though) and I don't want that to change. That's why I hope that there's always gonna be players like KG in the game of basketball. That's what the game is all about.

Holding the Pacers to 20 points or less the first three quarters, they set the tone to the game and kept the crowd out of it. Danny Granger was the only Pacer who brought his game, putting up a season-high 46 points. The rest of the players on Indiana, especially the bench, posed little threat. The Pacers had only 10 bench points. The team as a whole went 3-14 from three. The Cavs defense was suffocating the Pacers offense. It had 9 blocks and 7 steals. The offense, meanwhile, shot efficiently, going 35-71 from the field. Cleveland also went 21-22 from the free throw line. The Cavs were up 15-20 points throughout the whole game until the fourth quarter. The Pacers left their starters in while the Cavs rested all their starters. The final score is really a poor indication of the game this was. http://media.cleveland.com/startingblocks/photo/new-cavaliers-secondary-logojpg-3e1cc85a3e691cec_small.jpg Cavaliers Extra Post-Game Comments Byron Scott: "First of all, the defensive effort was superb tonight. Granger was hot, and got his points, but we made their offense one-dimensional and made adjustments throughout the game to keep it that way. Also, it's always helpful when you have these games because I can give our starters some extra rest. Now we have a couple of days to prepare for Boston." Irving: "It feels so good to have that first win. Our whole team put together a complete game and we didn't let our guard down. Coach Scott challenged us, and we responded." Game Notes - Samardo Samuels scored 9 points in the fourth quarter - Kyrie went from 10 to 7 to only 2 turnovers tonight in the first three games - The three free agents Pryzbilla, Young, and Weems have all payed dividends in the starting lineup. However, the Nuggets, one of the most potent offenses, would not stop nailing shots from around the perimeter. The Cavs found themselves scoring 15 points in the first quarter for the second straight game. However, the 2nd quarter was very promising. The Cavs came out rolling. They were running the Nuggets back and forth down the court, forcing quick shots and running plays on the offensive end with much efficiency. The Cavs eventually took their first lead since the opening minutes when Sonny Weems jammed a dunk to the roar of the crowd. The Nuggets, however, managed to score in the final seconds to go into the half with the lead. The 2nd half started fairly well for Cleveland. The Cavs were up 56-51. However, the Nuggets went on a 9-0 run to take a 65-56 lead. The Cavs responded with the same aggression from the 2nd quarter to tie it up at 67 after Jamison got a lay up for the and one. Eventually the 4th quarter rolled around, and the Cavs were down 79-76. It was about as brutal as it gets. The Cavs couldn't strike at all, and the Nuggets kept pounding away on the offensive end to extend the lead. The final score wasn't close to indicating type of game this was. http://media.cleveland.com/startingblocks/photo/new-cavaliers-secondary-logojpg-3e1cc85a3e691cec_small.jpgCavaliers Extra Post-Game Comments Byron Scott: "We scored 10 more points, but you have to be able to score more when you play these offensive oriented teams. And during practice tomorrow, I'll make sure we hamper down on defense. Right now, we're giving up 113 points a game, and that's unacceptable." http://community.2ksports.com/community/storage/media/v/l4/l3955/m3958601.jpg Sonny Weems monster dunk gave the Cavs its first lead since the opening minutes. Game Notes - Jamison played more tonight, and put up 9 points - Joey Graham may have found himself out of the rotation, playing no minutes tonight - Sonny Weems is impressing Coach Scott -Irving and Sullinger are playing solid. They had a tough time handling their first close game of the season, but that will fade with time. Game 3: @ Indiana (10/30/11)

The Nets just had it going tonight. The game was pretty even to start. The Cavs had a rough time getting the ball in the basket in the first quarter, but did much better on the offensive end as the game progressed. The closest part of the game was halfway through the second quarter, when the Cavs cut the lead to 33-30. The Nets then went on a huge run. Terrence Jones, in his NBA debut, put up 30 points. He shot the ball almost any time he had the slightest look, and it kept going down. Coming out of the half, the Cavs were determined to get back in the game. They made it a thirteen point game heading into the fourth, but the Nets went on an 8-2 run to start the fourth quarter, virtually killing any energy left in the Cavs systems. The Cavs kept the rookies in there though to get some experience. The whole fourth quarter, though, was just a dagger to the Cavs, who looked poised to make a comeback. Key stats in this game include field goal attempts. The Nets had 90, while the Cavs had 71. That mostly came from the Nets dominance in second chance attempts. They had 10 offensive rebounds to the Cavs 3. http://media.cleveland.com/startingblocks/photo/new-cavaliers-secondary-logojpg-3e1cc85a3e691cec_small.jpgCavaliers Extra Post-Game Comments Byron Scott: "I think we were prepared, we just didn't execute. We turned the ball over and lost the rebounding battle. Those things we can control. Also, we need to get to the line more." Sullinger: "I mean, it was awesome finally playing, but this isn't how I wanted our team to come out. We'll just have to be ready for Denver Saturday because I really don't want to lose like this again." http://community.2ksports.com/community/storage/media/v/l4/l3953/m3956243.jpg Sullinger has a solid debut. He blocks one of Randolph's shots here. Game Notes - Irving had 9 assists, but also had 10 turnovers - Jamison only had 5 points, forcing Scott to limit him to only 14 minutes of play - Thaddeus Young had no mid-range game tonight, and the Cavs will need that - Boobie will be back in 8-10 weeks Game 2: Home Opener vs. Nuggets (10/29/11) ---------- I'm not the best 2k player, but don't expect this too often.
