  2. ECN isn't even that bad. He's just a little more opinionated? He reminds me of Skip Bayless for some reason.

  5. Funny how no action will be taken against all the people who constantly trolled threads against him the past couple weeks, whatever...

  6. LOL...Cain and Gingrich are absolute jokes. In fact, you can almost take that statement literally.

  7. I figured Jones would be in their top three, really...didn't expect to see Sullinger over him. I'm not so sure I can argue with the top two, though. Drummond is obviously on top of the list. The dude is scary, and you know potential bottom-feeding teams are already drooling at the thought of getting him at #1. Plays like Amare, kind of looks like him...but Drummond could bring Amare's offensive talents, and mix them with a defensive mindset, and that's dangerous. Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett, Karl Malone...these guys had it all on offense and were stellar defenders, and if Drummond keeps working hard (hope the hype doesn't eat him alive), he can be in that category. Sky's the limit. I could probably rearrange the entire 5-10 section of the list, but there's no point. I'd rather do that in March, because really, we don't know what we're going to get from a few of those guys.

  8. funny how he doesn't bring up Xerox, Dennis Ritchie, or Linus Torvalds, all people Jobs ripped off to create his empire. Nothing Apple did was original

  9. In a September 2008 televised presidential debate Obama stated he would have all troops out in 15 months............... Obama also stated that George Bush's plan would take too long. So Obama lied and used Bush's plan for withdrawal and claims success. What a liar!

  10. The problem with the ignore system is you can still see the retarded topics he made along with every single time he posts in a thread. When he comes back and if that isn't fixed, definately won't be on this site anymore. It's not even that it angers me just lowers the quality of the board and rarely gets anything going with his made up bullshit just so he can have it that his side "won" the battle. No board is perfect but I'd rather hit up another to get my teams information rather reading about how god awful the Canadians and Packers are for no real reason other than his one sided thinking.

  11. Exactly. Neither of these two are any better than ECN. 90% of the time they don't even discuss anything or contribute to the thread they are posting in. That isn't even a bad thing as they use the forum to relax and have a good time while others use it as a more serious medium for discussing sports. Neither one of these stances are any better than the other and you need a mix of both to have a successful forum. Say what you want about ECN, but when people would actually just talk sports with him and not get caught up in all of the extra bullshit, he was an excellent poster. I've gotten into it with him on more than one occasion, but the only time it ever got off topic was probably during the Stanley Cup Final thread last year, but that didn't stop us from rationally discussing the rest of the series and continue discussing hockey this season without any problems. People just take things too seriously at times and get wrapped up in all of the bullshit, which gets carried over into other threads and continues to snowball to the point where no matter what he says, somebody jumps in to bait him. I'm not claiming he is an angel because he can definitely be an antagonistic prick, but plenty of people are just as guilty of "trolling" him as he is of "trolling" them.

  12. I do. In fact, he is (was, I guess) one of my favourite posters to discuss with on here. People just take him way too seriously.

  14. I like eastcoastniner, please dont ban him. Hes a good guy, I dont see any real trolling in this thread, he just made a bet offer, and people can either decide to take on it, or leave the thread, that simple.

  15. Richardson was a better fit. Carter needs the ball in iso situations to be really effective, while Richardson works much better off-ball and is the better 3pt shooter. In the Steve Nash offense, Richardson was a near perfect fit at SG.
