They were going to tonight, but the union couldn't get their economist until tomorrow, so they are going to discuss BRI when they resume talks tomorrow morning at 10:30 EST. It is worth noting that Stern said they aren't going to discuss BRI until they settled all of the system issues. Since they are discussing BRI tomorrow morning, it sounds like they made a lot of progress today when it comes to the system.1 point
