  1. Kobe is a bad ass, for real. LeBron with just one point in the 4th, with Kobe on him almost the entire time. And those two blocks on LBJ were incredible. Had my ass out of my seat.
  2. I wouldn't say they make me look cool, no. How do they make me insecure, though? I don't get that. Insecure of what, exactly? An idiotic? You mean "and idiotic," correct? An only has seven homo's? AND only has seven homos? An it's not my fault? Your genetics are piece of shit? An you could never survive? You would die of like a piece of shit? http://oi40.tinypic.com/34xmbcw.jpg I'm glad I didn't decide to ban you just yet, lol. I like this idea of having to approve your posts, also. I needed to see how this was going to work, and you're the perfect lab rat for that, AND restricting others from changing their display names and profile info. Pretty fun. EDIT: What climate are you used to? Serious question, although I know the answer already, Asmir. Did you live in Balkana lake, or...? Are you a fish? I wouldn't be able to survive that...no way.
  3. Gonna take Damian Lillard, only because I don't want to see Parker win it again.
  4. Green will probably get it, but I'll still root for Flight. I did see a few contests he has been in, in his mid-to-late 20's, and he can still get up. He'll have to get creative, though.
  5. I'm taking Steve Novak, who I think is probably capable of netting 25 points. The dude can shoot lights out...but he just has to get it going first. It would be nice if the three-point contest gave you the PG of your choice, making passes to you.
  6. This looks like it's going to be all James Harden's squad...and easily. I'm not sure how they lose, unless one goes ice cold.

  8. The situation with Nash and the Lakers seems to be irrelevant, because it was confirmed that the Lakers talked to Boston about Rondo already (offering Gasol and I believe a small forward from a third team). It wouldn't have surprised me if they figured they could run a three-guard lineup, Kobe at the three, Rondo at the two. It would require Kobe and Nash giving up the ball-handling duties to Rondo, but Nash has already done that for Kobe, and Kobe tried that for Nash for quite some time. Would Boston give up Rondo for Lopez? Probably not for Lopez alone, but if they can also land picks OR MarShon Brooks, it makes you wonder. As it stands, not a lot of fans in Boston are happy with Rondo (just reading through the RealGM forums and a huge Boston Celtics fan site), and they want him to be more demanding as a scorer...which they aren't getting from him. It didn't help that he dumped in 40+ on Miami in the playoffs, in an amazing game, and eventually fell back down to his typical under-20 a night average. But, personally, I want to keep Howard. I'm going to wait until November 2013 to see if this injury and surgery changed his game for good. I don't think it has...at least not as bad as people make it out to be.
  9. Longest sentence in our site's history, LMAO what the hell... I'm not leaving. And my life is just fine, nearly married and almost fully recovered from health problems that you couldn't live a single day with, Asmir. Ridiculing a troll, who is about as valuable of a poster as a spambot, isn't going to change anything about my life OR my e-life, and to be completely honest, nobody else will feel an impact of any sort, either. It's all fun and games with you, dude....let's be real here. Good luck, in whatever you grow up to be. http://img.gawkerassets.com/img/185vzgyox9zrjgif/original.gif
  10. LOL. That's interesting, Asmir...that a guy who is younger than my little brother, not even 23 yet, would call me a child. Why are you so bad at typing out complete sentences and using grammar correctly? Do you smoke before you post here? The word is "and," also. It's not the only problem you're having, of course, but that just bugs me at the moment. This is a serious question, by the way. For someone who criticizes others for "opening ignorance" (whatever that refers to), how can you turn around and define it so well? I've noticed that you're not really trolling, in regards to the way you type...possibly trolling by the content you post (content is what you're posting, just in case you didn't know that), because we already found that out when you returned, but your posting habits (bad ones, at that) are most definitely uncontrollable. EDIT: Using a post search, I did realize you were the poster that had me believing that you were Jesse Ventura, haha. Hope you don't mind the changes to your name, avatar, and signature. Glad you decided to return, though. Hope you enjoy your stay here. http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lxno5siWeS1qcnjyyo1_500.gif
  11. The Blazers have been pretty bad. Portland has lost five in a row, and are 5-13 in their last 18 games. Dallas is 6-6 in their last 12 games. They are playing better than they were, but not as good as they should be. LA is 8-4 in their last 12, winning games that they should be winning...but struggling to finish, and they rely on Kobe way too much to carry them through OR come back (like against Charlotte). -------------- A 41-41 season to get the 8th seed? Nah. Utah is still doing okay, playing .500 ball right now, BUT they are 30-24. They have some wiggle room. Houston is playing .500 ball right about now, which is actually worse than their record shows (of course, I'm talking the last 8-10 games for them). LA will need to flip the switch quick, and beat everyone that they SHOULD beat, in order to make the playoffs. They don't necessarily need to knock off the elite, but just win most of the games that we should be able to win based on talent alone. I don't know why Dwight is playing in the All-Star Game, by the way. Kind of makes me a little upset, since he has been complaining about his shoulder quite a bit.
  12. I'm pretty sure it would result in a three-way deal that would send Howard to Brooklyn, probably Lopez and pieces to Boston, and we get Rondo and a piece from the Nets.
  13. This wasn't on Family Guy or anything...this actually happened, and it's very unfortunate.
  14. Some of the highest FG% and team scoring outputs came in the 80's and 90's. Defense was pretty bad, without the league allowing zone. Hand-checking is NOTHING compared to a strict zone defense, and I don't care what anyone else says. A lot of players would be effective in Jordan's era. He can assume otherwise, but he's wrong.

  18. They were, last season. Statistically, Nash and Dwight were the two best P&R players in the NBA...Nash as the passer out of the P&R, and Dwight as the finisher.
  19. Here are the crazy videos. One or two get pretty loud, so don't have your headphones on with the volume really high. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b0cRHsApzt8 Glass shatters here... This one probably won't parse, so you'll have to click on the link. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=a98_1360908156
  20. The only other team I'd ever like would be the Thunder, only because they are now considered my local team, and if I do decide to move there in the future, I'll be getting season tickets. Unfortunately, the Kings moved out of Kansas City when I was two (1985), and far too young to pick a team on my own.
  21. I remember when we brought in the best P&R PG, and the best P&R big man, from last season.
