  2. Przybilla is done, but Dalembert would've been nice. Maybe even Kwame, instead of Curry.
  3. Makes me wonder what the hell Houston would trade to the Hornets. I'm not really sure.
  4. No direction, whatsoever. It's so bad, I'm not sure if they are tanking (yet, they just signed Prince), trying to save money (yet, they just signed Prince), or trying to build a decent team (yet, they just signed Prince). It's almost like they are wanting to build a team that barely misses the playoffs, and gets a decent mid-first round pick, and...well, that's it.
  5. Wow, I didn't realize that. Crazy. Well, if you're tanking, it's not a bad signing. Otherwise, I would hate having to give Magloire minutes over more deserving bigs.
  6. Say goodbye to the Melo/Amare/CP3 dream. Not sure if it matters, though. The Knicks want this done bad. Even then, if they wanted to, they could deal Amare to the Hornets...lol.
  7. I think Tinsley hurt himself in a D-League game the other day...dude was limping around a bit, but I'm not sure if it was a legitimate injury or not.
  8. That's because it was only four years. By the way, the Knicks are going to look to deal Ronny to get the extra cash.
  9. Nah, I think the Warriors are offering 4 years, $60 million.
  10. Like I posted on Facebook...how? They have a $60 million payroll. Billups is making $14 mill. They won't be able to offer the most money, unless they plan on dealing the rest of the roster outside of the big two.
  11. See, I've changed my stance on that. The way I look at it, if you don't have a legitimate center, you can't pack your team with "big bodies" and expect it to work. Curry is not a defender. At his best, he's an offensive threat, but we don't even know if he'll be that. On the other hand, Joel Anthony (who is incredibly bad on offense) will defend far better than Curry. So...how many minutes will Curry eat up? The Heat have three players on their roster who can score 30+ in a game. The last thing they need is an offensive player who can't play any defense.
  12. To get Chandler, they'd have to trade LeBron, Wade or Bosh (or dump their contracts somehow), or Chandler would have to take about $13-15 million less than what he's expecting a year. That was never going to happen.
  13. I don't see this as being good news, at all. No Dalembert? I'd rather play Joel Anthony for 40 minutes a game.
  14. No idea why the Hornets make that trade, unless they are giving us Emeka as well (I would love that). Okafor has a large contract, but if we can grab CP3 and still have a good defensive center up front, along with Kobe and Gasol, I'm all for it.
  15. Yeah, it's not that bad of a package...except, I think Golden State wants to keep Lee. If there's no extension agreement, the Warriors will go as far as dealing Monta for him...but that's it, and I'd probably stick to my guns as well. Knowing that CP3 could take a hike after the season's end? He has been eyeing New York, and I wouldn't give him a chance to leave, at least for a few years. It would be hard to part with Monta, in that scenario. I'd probably shop Ellis and see what else I could get for him first.
