  2. NO. If we are going to snag any DB from Miami, it needs to be Harris. But you're probably right, it's going to be Van Dyke. I'm depressed.
  3. Will Ryan Mallett end up on the Raiders? Please God...we need a QB.
  4. Nah, I was talking about layups rolling on the rim. If it's off the glass, it would still be considered a goaltend up until it hits the rim.
  5. Wallace is out, Portland lost the lead, not looking good. 19-4 run for Dallas.
  6. I'm sorry, but I really thought Redick had a great look to prove he was one of the greatest shooters in college basketball history. And, this loss isn't on Stan, it's on Dwight's teammates. They can't play defense, and they can't shoot the ball. Because it's his teammates that failed him over and over again, the finger-pointing automatically goes to Otis Smith.
  7. Haha, very true, it's best we just shut up and let Phil and Stern say what they want. They have been around Jordan and Kobe most or all of their careers.
  8. http://i54.tinypic.com/eb5tmp.jpg http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/sports_bianchi/2011/04/dwight-howard-magic-rick-bucher-espn.html PLEASE HAPPEN.
  9. To counter the 2,000 negative posts you've made about him over the years.
  10. http://www.heraldonline.com/2011/04/28/3022450/the-kobe-rules-a-unique-code-for.html Stern saying Kobe is up there with Mike, at the end of the audio. http://c.espnradio.com/audio/580361/genericaudio_2011-04-27-173501.mp3 ------ I may be posting this more for what Phil said, because I got a laugh out of him saying that he wouldn't compare them...yet, in the next sentence, he says that Kobe is as good as MJ. I think Phil's opinion has changed over time, though. Seeing Bryant all jacked up, barely walking, and coming out two days later and taking over parts of the game in the playoffs...it's what Jordan was doing when he had the flu, or busted his finger, and Kobe's prime has lasted so long, it's nothing short of amazing.
  11. Ugh...honestly, I'm not that interested in this year's draft. Maybe just the first round. Oakland makes me sick to my stomach...sick because I already know they'll be taking the absolute fastest players they can get, no matter who. I'll watch, but I'm sure I'll be :wallbash3: plenty of times.
  12. Denver deserved make-up calls for one play that wasn't going to win them the game in the first place? LOL...really? They had enough make-up calls, for God knows what, in the first four games of the series...and they still lost three of them.
  13. 1. What type of smartphone do you use? iPhone 3GS 2. How often do you check your phone? D (1-3 hours) 3. What applications do you use your smartphone for? SMS, calls, internet 4. How would you feel if you were forced to downgrade from your smartphone back to a regular phone? Not going to happen...I need sports scores at my fingertips, and being able to access OTR when I'm away from the computer 5. Do you feel that a lot of smartphone features are unnecessary? If yes, which features specifically? Nah, as long as the features are used by someone, they are necessary, in my opinion. 6. Would you say that you use your smartphone more than your laptop on a daily basis? No, not even close. 7. On a scale of 1-10, how reliant are you on your smartphone for everyday tasks? Probably a five. 8. Would you say that you are “addicted” to your phone? Not really. I wouldn't get rid of it for a regular phone, but I don't live and breathe because of it.
  14. I'd go on OTR and create a thread in the Off-Topic section, asking everyone what they would do.
  15. Haha, not only that, but re-watching the game, that ball was going to get tipped in by Westbrook, if Perk didn't touch it. Denver failed to box out again, just like they did all night tonight.
  16. Yep, that was a killer. It lost all four games for Denver.
  17. My name is actually "Real Deal" on my birth certificate. No, I'm not providing all of you with a copy. Yes, I'm an American.
  18. On a more serious note, I'm sure glad someone other than the Heat found "The Decision" beneficial.
  19. Free throws for both teams in this series... GM1: Denver 33, OKC 28 GM2: Denver 37, OKC 28 GM3: Denver 45, OKC 43 GM4: Denver 44, OKC 31 GM5: OKC 42, Denver 21 SERIES: Denver 180, OKC 172 Wow, looks like the refs really had a favorite this series.
  20. Never. I don't want Dwight Howard grabbing layups that are rolling on the rim.
  21. Great no-call on the Durant inbounds play. The rules clearly state that, after a timeout, you can go backcourt to receive the inbounds pass, and they also state that both feet need to cross the line (into the frontcourt) before a player can be called for a backcourt. Durant's left foot never established position in the frontcourt, and the first time he hit the line, he caught the ball at the same time. Simple call to make using the replay.
  22. Durant is the next Kobe. That stuff looked similar to Kobe in his prime. :o
  23. Damn man, what the hell is Westbrook doing out there?
