  1. 1) Hoping for no Cena/Rock II. That means Rocky is losing, simple as that. 2) If they go Ryback/Dolph (with Ryback winning the Rumble), I think they will have problems. Dolph is supposed to be a heel, but the crowd won't boo him against Ryback...and right now, Ryback is a fan favorite. There's going to have to be two legitimate turns in there, and I don't see why the WWE would do that right now. 3) Whoever fights Taker probably has the best shot at ending the streak. Sounds like a bad idea, but it's a HUGE way to put someone over...and Taker (out of character) has stated that he would be interested in doing such a thing. I don't want to see ANYONE end the streak. Quite frankly, Punk has had his title long enough to be placed among the better half of the top 50 of all-time, and he doesn't need THAT rub. Brock doesn't seem to give a shit about wrestling, so there's no point in giving him the green light to do it. Therefore, I'm thinking that Cena will be considered, either this year or the next, because he has been losing like crazy over the last year...and what ONE guy could pull something like that off? It also gives Cena a reason to turn heel...it's been resting in the back of the minds of fans for a year now, and beating Taker in a heelish way would do the trick. Fortunately, there are many possibilities. Unfortunately, the writers aren't going to dip their hands that deep into the pool of ideas. SCSA/Punk would be nice, and yeah, they keep pounding it into our brains, but I'll believe it when I see it. That would require a title-less Punk, anyway...and if that's in the books, you'll have Rock/Cena for the WWE championship. Will Rocky beat Punk at RR, and Cena win the Rumble? I'd have it easier if I knew where this Shield group was headed. They kind of screw things up for me when it comes to Ryback.
  2. Is Jamison getting traded, or...? It's kind of shocking to see him on the bench an entire game, especially when the game is out of reach, in D'Antoni's offense. Maybe his defense is so bad, he's the ultimate liability out there...but then again, MDA has sent in all the scrubs, so yeah...

  7. Game postponed until further notice.
  8. Rocky wins the title from Punk (not sure how he doesn't, unless Brock Lesnar returns and ruins it, setting up Rock/Brock at WM...suppose this is likely). But, I don't see Ryback winning the Rumble, because it gives him a title shot at WM. IF he does, I'm fully expecting Undertaker to fight Cena or Punk at WM, while Cena or Punk (whoever has the belt at the time) will fight Ryback.
  9. Sessions flopped a bit there, but that was most definitely intentional. Wade doesn't go out to hurt guys, but he gets angry and loses his temper, probably because LeBron took his city and turned him into Robin.
  10. Well, that usually happens because we find ourselves down in games, and there's only one player on our team that can bring us back into it. It doesn't help that Kobe can drop 40 on high efficiency (13-24 FG), while Ron Artest can shoot 4-13, Meeks 2-11, and Jamison not play a single minute on the floor, and we lose ALSO because we can't defend (all tonight, but has been like that the entire season). When we're down 15+ in a game, Kobe goes for broke. A lot of times, it does help us...but we can't get back down the court to play defense, so he's basically just making sure we don't lose by 40...and the day after, all people see is that Kobe dropped 40 AND we lost. Kobe is the last person to blame for the losses. Last year, and even the year before, he wasn't the same Kobe I've watched for years...but this season is different.
  11. Just going to add that Westbrick needs to be on his own team, and stop being a toxic (but still talented) player in OKC. The Thunder need a real PG.
  12. Nah. The Lakers will start winning games, Kobe won't have to put the team on his back all the time (to get us back into games), we'll have the Howard/Nash P&R to go to quite often, and he should be content with around 25-26 PPG with less minutes...getting easier looks, less ISO's, a bit less on the minutes. Dreamland, maybe...but that's all if we start to click.
  13. WELP...I'm broke. Three Thunder tickets, lower level seating...then bought a PS3, a USB turntable, a series of shows (DVD's) that were $40 each, iPad case (they are far too expensive, by the way...ignorant how much they cost), shirts, PS3 games, a pair of shoes, a new tree for us, a brand new tire after mine decided to explode out of nowhere, a computer monitor, new RAM sticks, rent, phone bill, utilities, and food...all in December. Feels like I spent $50,000 this month...SMH.

  25. Nowhere in my post, in any post, did I say that it made us better. I said, sarcastically, that it worked SOOOOO well that it stopped us from winning our three championships. Yeah, if we shot our free throws better, we'd be better. If last year's championship Miami Heat team wasn't bottom five in defending the three-point line, they would have been better. It was a simple question. People answer, and move on.
