It's beyond me how this Hornets team can lose to a Pistons team that doesn't have Hamilton, Stuckey or Daye. Will Bynum torched CP3, Jack and Thornton are irrelevant, Ariza is playing like a bench player, and it seems like Paul and West are the only two who are putting the ball in the rim. I know they are struggling, but this game was absurd.

Pierce hit 18/10/12 (seems like he hasn't found a trip-doub in a long time), and the Celtics extend to 13 consecutive wins. Didn't watch much of the game, but it seemed like every time I flipped it to the channel, Granger was shooting the ball.

I'm not sure what will be more exciting: cruising to victories against Denver BOTH times this season, or ending the Chiefs' playoff hopes in Week 17.

Tom Brady and Michael Vick are both making strong, strong cases for MVP...almost as if they know it's between each other.

If I'm allowing him back, he's just as much of a member as everyone else, so let's treat him as such.

That's fine, but why would Orlando (a contender) trade Carter (the expiring) to the Wizards to take back Gilbert? That's sticking two toxic contracts on one team. I think Washington feels they won't be able to drop Gil's contract, no matter what, so they might as well exchange players and see if Rashard makes more sense for them if he's playing the three. It feels like the Wizards are a bit worried about the Wall and Arenas duo, and I think it has more to do with the way they want to run their starting five, not the contract.

Arenas for Rashard makes the most sense here. I don't see why the Magic would send Carter, and I think the Wizards want to start Young and play Lewis at the three. Bass is playing good for Orlando, and he's a real PF. Vince can move up to the three, Arenas at the two.

Had to fire up the DVR tonight, so I'll get to watch the game later...but Kobe hurt his finger? Wow. That pretty much sucks.

Everyone seemed to get injured during this game. Camby, Darko, Batum and Matthews all were injured at some point, and Roy didn't even play.

The Kings are looking like the worst team in the NBA. They've lost 18 of their last 20, and Tyreke sure isn't the same player he was last year.

Griffin has another big game, 24 points and 17 boards, and the Clips get their first road win (gasp!)...good stuff. I wonder if Sterling goes to road games to heckle Baron.
