Well, Beasley was going off for a stretch, then you're right...they started moving away from it. That sixth foul on Darko was BS, also. Manu flopped, big time. But Minny just blew this game.

LeBron playing against his old team, gonna be crazy!

Bargs has such a quick release on that back-to-the-basket fade. I don't even see how he can turn around that fast and line up his shot, lol.
-
Damn man, the Wolves deserve to lose this game. They completely blew it, especially on that pass from Duncan to a wide-open Jefferson. And missing both free throws? Man.
-
Hornets aren't looking like the team that started the season so well. Expected, though. Some of those guys were meant to lose their games as the season progressed, despite it being just 19-20 games in.

Looks like most outside of the Philly fanbase have no idea who he is, which makes sense because even I don't know him all that well. I have read some of his articles, though. The one I remember most (and ironically, the one that I last read) was an article about the Heat. He wrote it before the season started, if I recall correctly, and it was pretty good. Not a bad writer, at ALL, and he seemed to be loved by a lot of the fanbase. Hate hearing how people are losing their battles with cancer. Seems to happen more often these days. RIP.

I actually don't get the "Meeks over Turner" decision. He has only had a couple of good games this season (one being against the Heat, of course), but that doesn't mean you stick him in the five. The Sixers needed Turner for more than just 19 minutes this game. If Collins was so concerned about Turner's production in the five, and him needing the ball, they would go ahead and get rid of Iggy, like they've been rumored to do for the past two seasons.

Looks like Derek Fisher and Mike Wilbon had a child together.

Hey, look, seems like it's a bigger concern than we all thought, because LeBron wants to retrace his steps. http://twitter.com/#!/KingJames/status/10579966022393858 Guess who's full of it? I get the words "myself" and "team" mixed up all the time, though! What myself are the Lakers playing tomorrow? I think Sacramento.

So...why would anyone care that I care, if it's normal for him to continue to go back to that attitude? I'll say this much: Cleveland fans, for the most part, didn't care until he left. There's always a good reason to look at him with a microscope, whether that reason is valid now or in years to come.

He did, with an extra, "...for myself, here in Miami." Clear as day. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KqJ9dmLs2m4 1:14.
-
"...just continue the greatest for myself here in Miami..." What?

Suns bench won this game. They shot 13-26, scored 33 points and grabbed 16 boards. That's going to be tough to overcome any night of the week.

Turned the game off after the introduction...wasn't really in the mood to watch any of it at the time due to what happened today. Won $50 though, with LeBron scoring over 30 and the Heat winning. Pathetic that guys like Gibson were cracking jokes with him (assuming this happened before the game was out of hand?), but it's whatever.

Thanks bro. I just try to give people a place to actually talk basketball and not worry about personal attacks around every corner.

Left my two year old dog at the vet overnight, got a phone call and heard that he died...tested negative for Parvo, said he must have gotten into poison even though he never, ever went outside and there's nothing he could get into in the house. BS excuse when they didn't know. Bled too much, sometime between 5 PM yesterday and 8 AM this morning (15 [expletive]ing hours unattended). Went to pick him up, and they gave him to me without even attempting to wash him off, so there was blood all over him and inside of the bag they stuck him in. I swear to God, it took every bit of energy I could ever conserve not to [expletive] someone up today. I would've driven my entire arm and shoulder through one of their walls if there weren't a couple of girls standing in my way.

Because he knew he would be the primary ball-handler, and it would be his city and team, or else it wouldn't work out (as proven this year, so far).

No-show Joe can't even try to show now. If I were Drew, honestly, I would stick the ball into Jordan Crawford's hands and say, "Get it done, rook." Let this dude out of the cage and give him 5 games to prove he's a scorer in this league.

First off, that "elite passer" rating you're giving to Smith is annoying. He's nowhere near elite. Nobody else on OTR agrees with that. And Brown isn't going to drop 40 in a game because he's playing behind Kobe Bryant, and because Phil would pull him if he even tries to chuck enough shots to get to that 40.
-
I'm going to go ahead and close it up. We're good.
-
Moved this in here so people can see why he was banned. No point in having him on OTR.

Gibson, especially after what he did to the Pistons in a close-out game in the playoffs. House sucks. Someone go tell him that for me.
