  1. Having all three get together would be obvious. If I saw all of them on that ESPN special, I'd probably guess it wasn't just a coincidence they are announcing their teams together. Don't think he's going to Miami, though. Good move by Bosh, but I figured he would do this. Miami was my first choice for him.
  2. Oh man, we're getting the old crew back together. Anyone seen TheAnswerIsAi3 lately? Welcome back, dude.
  3. It should be enabled, actually. I'll look at it this evening.
  4. Not that I know of...why?

  5. Regular season rivalry, yes. Other than that, no. They've never tackled us in a playoff series.
  6. It's always a conspiracy theory. Other than the American people, it's BP taking a hit. If all of that were true, we'd know for sure by now.
  7. Yeah...Bogut is actually a willing passer. I think Bynum is the better scorer. Drew would probably dominate Cousins more than Bogut could, assuming he's healthy (ha).
  8. Shaq for the current Lakers squad. We need a backup center, we have enough guards, and I would want Ebanks to develop by getting minutes at the three.
  9. Obama isn't going to go down there and close it himself. BP should be the most qualified to do so. What else can be done?
  10. Cleveland still gets what they want, in a way.
  11. As far as this statement is concerned...well, good luck against Drew. Aside from Yao, Bynum is the best offensive center in the league. I hate Cousins...but I won't deny his potential. I just think this was stupid, though. Not a single game under his belt, yet he's got something to say to someone who would clearly dominate him under the rim? Okay...
  12. Can't post the full article, and you have to have the link. Not exactly our rules, either...just something all blogs/forums have to follow.
  13. Kobe was immature from the start...maybe mature for his age, but that's because he was 17. Judging him as an NBA player, though, he was pretty immature and selfish. And that led up to the Lakers dynasty, and when he was hit with that rape accusation, he started to change. Kobe had a ton of skills, yes, but they were also much less defined as, say, Iverson's...at least for the first two seasons. Speaking of Iverson, there's another. Pretty immature, didn't play off the ball much, selfish, and he ended up snagging an MVP award and leading a team to the NBA Finals. Most players define success as winning rings, but if that were the case, there aren't very many successful NBA players over the last 20 years.
  14. Bosh. I think all of that stuff about him being the #1 on a contender is just talk. Someone will get in his ear and tell him how much easier it will be to win a chip with Wade or LeBron, and Bosh will listen. Thing is, I think there's a lot of misleading information out there. Bosh doesn't necessarily need a sign-and-trade to Jersey, Chicago OR Miami...and some aren't thinking about just how important that is. It gives Bosh leverage. Now, if Bosh wants Houston, it's going to be different, of course. At that point, he really has to rely on Colangelo.
  15. I don't see how this will be attractive to any free agents. How about just giving Beasley the chance he needs to play better?
  16. The same exact thing everyone read about Kobe Bryant.
  17. Wesley Johnson, Corey Brewer, Martell Webster (if they didn't waive him yet), and Damien Wilkins.
  18. It's so funny how much this changes the game. I can't score 100 points with Jordan Farmar anymore. Not that I tried though, because I never pass him the ball.
  19. No big deal, unless you do it all the time. Then I change your avatar to a Tractor Traylor picture and ban you from editing it. I think Bosh will crack. Eventually, he will go with LeBron, or he'll dart to wherever Wade is headed. He says he wants to be the primary option on a contender, but that's not going to happen. This is his biggest opportunity to contend. I don't see why he passes this up, unless he's got a spot on another squad with Wade as a teammate.
  20. If Lance would take better shots (and this is talking about the Lance in college, I won't comment on his summer league debut), he can be a very good player. His defense needs work (he doesn't have much lateral quickness, which is Jordan Farmar's problem), but we've seen contributing players that end up improving on the defensive end, also. I won't write the guy off before seeing him play a few NBA games. I've done that to other players in the past, and they ended up playing pretty damn good basketball (Rajon Rondo being one of them).
  21. Can't post full articles, bro...just a few blocks of text. Yahoo and ESPN have contacted sites (and us) about it in the past.
  22. Yeah, but you don't really "run the point" without the ball, either. A long time ago, there was something similar said about Tony Parker, who is a scoring point. There are different types of point guards. Not all of them have to be like Jason Kidd. Stephenson can be a Steve Francis, or he can be what Ron Artest was when he first hit the league (on offense). Definitely not comparing him to either, just giving him a high and a low.
