  1. 1) Answer Lkr's question. 2) Does it seem to take a long time charging up your PS3 controller or your phone? Longer than usual, at least? 3) Are you restarting your computer with the mouse or speakers plugged in?
  2. Every team in the NBA had plans to get Kobe. Bryant's plea to bring in help, or take a hike, was just his way of getting the FO to do something. To no one's surprise, they actually did, just to keep Bryant...and it paid off. He was never going to Chicago or to the Clippers to begin with. And they did have Elton and Baron. It didn't propel them into a top seed, but that's because Elton and Baron are both second options on a championship team (in their primes). The Clippers are going to get a good pick in the draft, and they have Griffin, Gordon and Kaman. Why would any superstar avoid even CONSIDERING that option? Not to mention...it's Los Angeles.
  3. ...except I believe Francis and Mobley were in a relationship together. All jokes aside, though, this isn't good for Utah, especially when he's bringing up what sounds like the ONLY reason why he signed for three more years.
  4. Bryant put up a few like that, IIRC. 11/1/02: 33 PTS, 15 REB, 12 AST 11/3/02: 33 PTS, 14 REB, 12 AST (consecutive games, by the way) 12/17/04: 36 PTS, 10 REB, 14 AST Those are three triple-doubles he scored 30+ in. I may have missed one or two, no idea.
  5. Hahaha. I wish I had my old Smush pictures. I do have this, though: http://i50.tinypic.com/2qtzpqh.jpg Made that back when I was posting on CL.
  6. Speak American, Jer...not Canadian. I can't read any of that.
  7. Had to go with the Maggette shot against the Heat. For one, I remember it more than I do the others (no idea why), and 23-footer, fadeaway, double OT? Lots of pressure, big shot, defender in his grill.
  8. Had to edit his bald head. I had a piece at the top I didn't crop as well. Should be fixed now.
  9. Welcome to the site (but I already told you that, haha). Most active times are late afternoons up until late night. I'm assuming you're from the US, so I figured it's best to let you know (and that's really the norm on a lot of forums to begin with, so nothing new).
  10. Well, at BC, Sean was that athletic guy that went after the boards and all shot attempts. He WANTED to win. I don't know if losing had anything to do with it, because the Nets have hit rough patches with him on the team (sitting the bench, I may add), but his attitude just went down the gutter. With Rashad, I'm pretty sure it was his injury. I'm not even sure if he's even healthy enough to play ball yet...
  11. Hmm...well, where to start... First of all, your aunt should've respected you a bit more, since you were helping pay the bills. I know she's the adult (and you are too, but she's your "elder"), but if you're splitting rent and everything, it's your house as much as hers. If everyone else votes against having Anthony there, that's how it has to be. He should be man enough to accept that, also. Gotta get your license, bro. It helps every situation you'll ever be in, say if you just want to leave and get away, or if you meet some girl and you want to take her places, or if you get into a fight with your mom and you really don't want a ride to work. Getting out on your own isn't THAT big of a deal. People make it one because they get nervous. As long as you can make the money, even if you have to live paycheck to paycheck, you'll do fine, granted you don't stress about your future.
  12. He should be. I don't know very many teams who are seeking him at the moment. In fact, I don't know of any, at all. I just can't say his attitude will be right for an NBA team, though.
  13. LOL. Here ya go... http://i49.tinypic.com/n1cg0g.jpg
  14. Ouch! 1) You do not talk about Fight Club. 2) You do not talk about Fight Club.
  15. How about trying to make the shot, instead of trying to draw a foul? Fisher is so brain-dead, sometimes. Terrible, terrible loss. I could care less what the score was.
  16. Hey now, you guys were willing to take Sasha Vujacic.
  17. Members that are dedicated to making this site, and these forums, great...they don't talk about OTR in a negative manner. They don't blast the members here, harass anyone registered, etc. Anything deemed detrimental to our growth, both through expanding with new members and public relations with our current members...it's not going to be tolerated. If you have a problem with any dedicated member here, any moderator, any admin, or myself...you can PM him/her. This is better than being a coward about it. In another light, if I hear about anyone doing this to the OTR name, you will be permanently removed from the forums, both your access and your entire account and contributions here, no matter the member. When we look for dedicated members to run team captain spots (whenever we get to that), I'll be looking into this. Dedicated members look to better the forums, so reporting issues off the site are a must, and keeping this site in good standing with guests and current members is the best way to promote your dedication and leadership within our community. This also applies to any moderators we may be adding in the future. Thanks for reading.
  18. Watch the personal attacks, people. Warnings have been handed out. Great game by both teams. Melo's release is way too quick, and he finally started hitting those jumpers. There's not much you can do when a player starts feeling it, no matter who you are. LeBron probably shouldn't have taken three consecutive threes. Not sure why he did that, but it may have been the bigger reason they lost the game. Still a MASSIVE game for LeBron.
  19. Yeah, I have to stick Cleveland above the Rockets for that reason, Poe. Houston did win out in their trade, but the impact just isn't as big, nor did they deal less than the Cavaliers.
  20. According to Chad Ford and Marc Stein, Houston was the team that made the final bid for Amare Stoudemire. Pretty interesting. Is there a chance they try and work a sign-and-trade this summer?
  21. http://espn.go.com/blog/TrueHoop/post/_/id/13611/james-expected-to-leave-wiz-in-buyout Still cutting salaries?
  22. I'll be honest: that trio I see in the middle is scary. Championship scary.
