  1. Doesn't really matter, because McGrady won't be in Houston much longer. Many are after that expiring contract, I'm sure, and Houston has many reasons to get rid of it for a lot of talent. I wouldn't be surprised if he's gone by February.
  2. Just another "Kobe shot" to me. I don't even get worked up over it anymore. He's done enough for me to realize it's not just luck that puts the ball in the rim. I'm just waiting for a statue of liberty dunk from 3/4 court, or the net catching fire after three consecutive shots.
  3. I have 90 points...and I think I'm done with this crap.
  4. LOL. You can TRY to use it as a resized and cut avy. http://i46.tinypic.com/6pqah2.jpg How's that?
  5. It's all luck. The luckiest player in the NBA, by far...but yeah, no skill involved.
  6. Why not just come out and say it? He's had years to do it. Instead, he's waiting for most of Toronto to hate him? I'm not sure if that's worth waiting for if he intends on writing a book. I'm sure there's a good reason for it, but good reasons aren't always the best reasons. The franchise may be innocent throughout all of this, or Vince could be hiding something that has to do with his contract, or even possibly with the referee situation or...maybe David Stern? Either way...yeah, it'll be interesting.
  7. Man, Shannon Brown. Maybe he should be in the dunk contest.
  8. Do they still have those survivor tag-team matches? You know, like they did back in the day?
  9. New Jersey won't start the season 0-16. They'll win at least one game before playing us.
  10. ...and Kobe goes out, so what happens? The Lakers miss their last seven shots. EDIT: Make that eight.
  11. Yep. Yep. Yep. It'll be awesome to see Russell gone. I can't wait.
  12. Almost. I'm sure someone would be interested, but I can't say any team is truly intrigued by Dalembert's bad play and ugly contract. Brand has a big paycheck, but he's no Dalembert in terms of being almost completely ineffective in every game.
  13. Surprised Palmer didn't convert there. Two minutes, one touchdown. For many teams, that's not impossible.
  14. Stupid Raiders. We are one of the dumbest teams in the NFL, from coaches to players to owner...easily. We can't stop the run, can't contain any receivers, can't put any pressure on the QB, can't score...it's annoying.
  15. I'm not even sure if he'd even be a good two-guard for you guys. That would give him the green light to chuck 5-6 more shots per game.
  16. In regards to us letting Ariza go, we didn't...it was his agent that decided that. We went after Artest because we already knew Ariza was looking into Cleveland, and once the deal was said to be on the table for Ron, Ariza's agent turned his attention to Houston.
  17. They'll give Brown his money because he'll be our starter soon. Farmar won't ever start for us. He's the anti-triangle point guard. He belongs in a run and gun system. If we don't re-sign Brown, that means we plan to start Fisher until he retires, or we plan on bringing in someone like Hinrich...and we can't afford that.
  18. Tied at the end of the first, blowout the rest of the way. Typical Saints football.
  19. I have all of the cuts, actually. I just ran into a problem trying to find the font I used. When I reformatted my computer (after finishing the banners), I saved the banners...but didn't save all of my fonts. It's the basic Helvetica font...but it's some other version, because it's not the same. I'll find it soon though.
  20. I recorded the last quarter of the game (watching football all day), and just saw how terrible Calderon was. It LOOKED as if he was doing well for a while, but watching the end, he's just an idiot. You're right Sean. You guys need to deal him when you can, go sign a free agent point guard if you have to (no matter how bad he is) and move on with another player. Calderon just doesn't fit, and he gets to where he wants to win the game by himself, where he either has to make the biggest play of the game or take the game-clinching jumper...but, funny enough, he's nothing back on defense. Almost like he wants it to be close so he can win the game, LOL.
