Kobe is putting a LOT of work into the post. I like what he's doing, but it's pretty physical. Can't wait to get Gasol back.
-
So, we take Kobe out, take Ron out, and we suddenly lose our lead. Is it just me, or is Phil an idiot with his rotations? Keep someone good in. Play Odom and Bynum when Kobe and Artest are sitting, add Shannon in that group as well. We don't want to see a five of Mbenga, Powell, Walton, Vujacic and Farmar.

Chalmers is still a good on-ball defensive player. Something just wasn't right this game.

Should they trade for Iverson?
Real Deal replied to Cleveland's Finest's topic in Philadelphia 76ers Team Forum
It'll fill the seats, at least. I'm pretty sure fans have come to games less and less since losing AI. -
Haha, Shaq just fouled the life out of Jermaine O'Neal earlier without a call, and LeBron has traveled twice and had one drive that ended up in a terrible touch-foul call as well. Cleveland doesn't know how to stop Wade just as much as the Heat can't stop LeBron, has nothing to do with biased refs or free throws. The Cavs just aren't the team they were last season.
-
Whoaaa...Beasley almost put Shaq on a poster, if it wasn't for that foul. Doesn't it seem like LeBron just puts his head down and drives hard to the rim, without even looking for a shot?

Just happened: Wade dunks on Varejao!!
Real Deal replied to AboveLegit's topic in NBA and College Basketball Media
It's even funnier because it looked like Varejao tried to flop, but the flop AND the dunk itself almost put him through the padding behind him. -

And for those who didn't see it, Varejao got up and eventually mouthed off to Wade, then got into Jermaine's face, for no apparent reason other than being embarrassed. -
Jermaine needs to dunk the ball. He's missed two layups five inches from the rim, no defense on him. Get up and dunk the ball.

Well, the Nets have a lot of potential to be heavy favorites to get to the Finals with LeBron. Lopez is turning out to be a pretty good player, and Harris can be a top five point in the league, not to mention Lee having it easy (like he did in Orlando) and playing well, with CDR and Williams showing they can be contributors...I don't know.
-
Wow man, that was one of the best in-game dunks I've seen in a LONG, LONG time. Amazing dunk by Wade.

I think so, not sure.

Yeah, can someone PM me when everyone has entered? I'll toss a poll up with the images.

BREAKING NEWS: Byron Scott Fired!
Real Deal replied to Jammin's topic in New Orleans Pelicans Team Forum
Ah, good...now they'll pick up some no-name, inexperienced coach and win 30 games. But I wonder if Mark Jackson jumps on this. Inexperienced...but I think he'd be good for them. Wasn't Scott's fault, though. -
I actually asked someone to when I first made it available (with the Steve Francis silhouette). But I wasn't aware that she had a boyfriend, and she said she would ask him...and I think I pissed him off.
-
Now that I think about it, the Suns will involve Bynum in the pick and roll, which hurts us. I wonder how Phil will play Odom and Bynum...probably Drew on Amare, Odom covering Frye on the perimeter.
-
Bynum is playing, and I read somewhere that Gasol may play? Never really know these days. Either way, Phoenix will need someone to defend Kobe in the post. No Marion, no Raja, no Barnes. That means it's all on Grant Hill, and while he's still a good defensive player, his age has caught up with him. Can't wait to see Shannon in the game, also. If he gets the ball enough, he'll destroy Nash. My only concern is the pick and roll. Odom and Fisher better grow brains, because it's going to be Nash to Amare all night.
-
Yeah, I'm thinking about a mouse pad, but I'm really getting the shirt for sure, just because I always do, and also so I can make sure they come out the way I wanted them to (and I'm sure they will, CP hasn't failed me yet haha).
-
LMAO. I'll order a shirt tonight or tomorrow, see how it turns out.
-
http://www.cafepress.com/OnTheReal Products do seem a bit high, but there are no mark-ups whatsoever (you can check other stores if you don't believe me, haha). The last two OTR shirts we've had came out looking good. Aaron and Kyle both have the first shirts created, and I have both the first and second. Just an FYI - the gray shirts look the best...and not all of them have the logo on the back, but most of the t-shirts do (for guys, at least). I don't handle shipping...it's all from CafePress. If you buy something, let us know. Take a picture with it, also. Hope you enjoy the store.

Yeah, he's pretty good. I would've never guessed he'd be at a starter level with his game, but he's close.

Report: Raiders want to fire coach Tom Cable
Real Deal replied to Warren2ThaG's topic in AFC Conference Discussion
The team's football IQ and Al Davis' age are polar opposites, and continue to strongly oppose each other every season. Thing is, I'm starting to think that, because of this accurate observation, Al Davis' birthdays come ten times a year. -
West left the game from the very beginning, didn't really see how he injured his knee/ankle/foot, but he was limping and took off towards the locker room. The Hornets are just bad, with or without him.
-
Looks nice.

Billups was crushed tonight. Jennings nailed his feet to the floor and dominated him. I'm happy for the Bucks. Great 4-2 start so far. It looks more and more like Milwaukee just found their franchise player.
