Kleiza agrees 12.1 million with Greece

Good for him. Go get your money and play 10 minutes a game, where everyone in the US stops paying attention to you. -
is Paul Pierce a Top TEN/10 SF of all-time?
Real Deal replied to Revis Island's topic in General NBA Discussion
Bird Baylor Pippen Barry Erving Havlicek Worthy English Wilkins Dantley Arizin was a poor shooter and didn't play very long. If you're going to stick him in there, you might as well stick in Billy Cunningham, also. And by the way, Pierce is lucky that Grant Hill was injured. In fact, everyone is...because Grant Hill could've went down as one of the greatest players of all-time. -
C - Marc Gasol (3) PF - Emeka Okafor (5) SF - LeBron James (7) SG - Courtney Lee (3) PG - Russell Westbrook (3) BENCH - DJ Augustin (2) BENCH - Brandan Wright (2) BENCH - Sam Young (2) Coach - Gregg Popovich A lot of defense, a lot of offense, versatility, and arguably the best coach in the NBA paired with arguably the best player in the game. LeBron handles the ball with a scoring point guard, a shooting and slashing two, and a post four. You have two excellent rebounding bigs and all of my starting five are also very good rebounders at their positions. My point guard can play three positions, my two-guard can play 2-3, LeBron can play four, and Okafor and Gasol are exchangeable at the four and five. Augustin is a combo guard, Wright can play the four or three, and Young is a small forward that has the ability to play some guard. I was going to use Bryant, but LeBron is more ideal for this team because he'll have defense surrounding him, and his driving ability will be maximized with scoring threats around him.

If it's not Duncan, it's Malone. There shouldn't be any argument there. Malone is the greatest scoring power forward in NBA history, and I believe second behind Kareem on the all-time list among all players. But the thing that separates him from Barkley, McHale and especially Webber is his defense. Malone was a very good defensive player. Barkley is one of my all-time favorite players, but I can't say he's better than Karl Malone. McHale isn't even in that discussion, and Webber has no MVP's, no rings, and no true individual accomplishments to back up his place in history as well, with the exception that he was arguably the best passing big of all-time (and Karl was a very good passer, also).

The skin for the Pacers is finished. http://www.otrbasketball.com/forums/index.php?/forum/22-indiana-pacers-team-forum Granger, Ford and Rush. Clippers are on the clock.

This is your last chance here. Drop the personal agendas you have with other members, drop the Yao/Dwight talk, and start posting to contribute, instead of causing trouble. If I have to continue getting rid of you, I'm going to redirect your IP address to a porn site using an htaccess file each time you type in our URL, and I'll be sure to find one that isn't so browser-friendly (or computer-friendly, for that matter). It's time to get right or get out.

Yeah, I'd like to shoot for that again (we actually had something similar in the past, but without the image/caption for the main story). I'm still wondering if our last home page I coded was a problem, security-wise, or what...so I decided to stay away from that with IPB 3.0, until I find out more about the new board software. There are a LOT of guys smarter than me, so it's a process I want to take slowly this time around, because in the end, our hard work can't be ripped from us again. That's mainly why Aaron has been making nightly backups and doing a huge amount of work for us (you guys would be shocked), while I'm just working on the skins and such. But yes, that would be my aim.

Ah, yeah, Kobe ran up to his vehicle and stuck it there. Even today, the trash-talking is so played out. The two guys are friends.

Well, you can talk about Rondo's team...and then you can talk about Farmar's. Both are the last two NBA champions. If Rondo has it so easy, and that explains why his numbers are where they are, where does Derek Fisher fit into the equation? Farmar should've had it pretty easy also, playing with arguably the best player in the league and a top three power forward.

Duncan is the greatest power forward ever, but if he's gotta be retired, it's Malone. C - Wilt Chamberlain PF - Karl Malone SF - Larry Bird SG - Michael Jordan PG - Magic Johnson

Team forums are first priority. We'll do something with the main banners after all 30 teams are up. And as we speak, I'm back in Coffeyville, dragging one last load of boxes to my new place. Just a crazy process that had to involve all of my doctors knowing my new address, along with a bunch of other garbage. Also had my tire blow out yesterday, on the way into town (on HWY 169, imagine that), and then had another tire blow out this afternoon, after taking Jessica to her parents' house. Fun, fun two days. I'll continue with the banners on Sunday, Monday at the latest.

Nuggets trade Hunter to Memphis

After Thabeet's performance in the Summer League, Gasol will be playing for the Grizzlies this season. -
Raiders trade DE Burgess, to the Patriots
Real Deal replied to ChosenOne's topic in AFC Conference Discussion
Stupid Raiders. -
I'd take Shannon over Farmar. So did Phil. Brown plays much better defense, and he shoots a higher percentage (mainly because he'd rather dunk the ball, instead of getting blocked on a layup, or launching 25-foot threes).
-
Some Lakers fans I know on another board think that Jordan Farmar can be an all-star point guard, and better than Rajon Rondo and Jameer Nelson...and a couple believe he's actually just as good already, he just needs a chance to start. Farmar isn't even better than Fisher or Shannon Brown.

Ron Artest gives his phone number out
Real Deal replied to magicbalala245's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
I finally got a ring, but I think he hung up on me. -
Haha, don't worry, I think Rondo is five times the player, and will always be.
-
Don't worry about why this is in this forum. I just need everyone's opinion on this, for another forum. It's a stupid poll, in my opinion...but I just need the answers. Answer the poll, please.

Well, I'm pretty sure the Clippers would love to drop Telfair from the roster, so he doesn't take his player option for next season. Then again, it doesn't make sense because Sessions would have a contract that extends through the 2010/11 season. If this is true, I wonder where this leaves Baron Davis, because Sessions is a legit starter.

Where's your Randolph avatar, then?

Houston Rockets are completed. http://www.otrbasketball.com/forums/index.php?/forum/21-houston-rockets-team-forum Scola, Battier and Ariza for the banners. I thought about McGrady, but I don't even know when (or if) he'll be back, and Yao won't play all next season. I tried an orange, but the links are too bright.

Amare To Golden State Talks Nearly Dead
Real Deal replied to magicbalala245's topic in Golden State Warriors Team Forum
Biedrins, Curry and Wright is quite the package for someone who would probably decline his PO after this upcoming season...not to mention his eye problem, which you never really know about.
