  1. Post I made a while back... That's inconsistency...very similar to the things he was doing in our starting five last year and the year before, which is why he is now our sixth man.
  2. ECN, please stop the excessive baiting. It's fine to do it every once in a while, here and there, and in a different tone, but it goes on way too much, and the two or three-page debates aren't worth it, especially when they turn into off-topic discussion or personal attacks from you or by the other members. Guys, seriously, just discuss the topics. Didn't we go over this same stuff on the old OTR? I know Philly, Boston and Minnesota fans are a bad group to put into a hat together, but just keep the peace, for the sake of the site.
  3. It's set to do it, but I guess it's not. Might be something that needs another fix.
  4. Tito is going to get rocked by Coleman, Sean. YEAHHHH!!! Man, I really wanted Fedor in the UFC though. That Lesnar/Fedor fight would be hyped so much...man...the roof would blow off the building when those two stepped into the octagon.
  5. Well, I actually think that Iverson should be playing for Charlotte next season, but that's just me.
  6. He better, if he expects to win 70 games next year.
  7. Man, I'm already getting sad.
  8. Since I was little, I haven't been much of a baseball fan, but I loved Ken Griffey, Jr. Can anyone give me an update on him? As in...how many more years do you think he has left, and how well he's doing right now for his age? I could read the stats, but they don't tell me everything. Sure wish he didn't get injured so early in his career. Thanks.
  9. YES! Elonu, McCauley, welcome to Los Angeles.
  10. They didn't get rid of Jefferson for that reason. They did it because they probably feel like they can bring in a big free agent, and I really don't think that's going to happen.
  11. So many people are just pissed off right now, and that's expected, no biggie. The Lakers get an A for their off-season, although it's not complete just yet. The Ron Artest acquisition is most important.
  12. I'm not taking Beasley because he's a power forward, and that's where I need Jefferson to play. If you just traded your franchise player a couple of years ago JUST to rake in Al Jefferson (speaking about Garnett), you don't draft a player that plays the same position, unless it's a LeBron or Dwight.
  13. Better update the Bulls' depth chart, then.
  14. Glad to know your backup guard and murderer is now in your starting five. Nobody wants to read your posts if they are going to look like that.
  15. I truly hate updates that ruin the skin. Blah. Too much work.
  16. There are a few things I need to fix, skin-wise. If you see errors, don't worry.
  17. Most won't really care about the details...other than the fact that View New Content is fixed! You can switch between the 2.3.6 style, and the 3.0 style, somewhere in your settings.
  18. Ah, yeah, forgot about that. I'm just surprised that Philly didn't pull away with a sign-and-trade with Miller. EDIT: Figured I'd change the quotebox colors while I'm in here.
  19. Current Fave 5 1) Kobe Bryant 2) Ron Artest 3) Shannon Brown 4) Derek Fisher 5) Pau Gasol Retired Fave 5 1) Magic Johnson 2) Kareem Abdul-Jabbar 3) Jerry West 4) Karl Malone (too bad he was hurt in the Finals) 5) Robert Horry All-Time Fave 5 1) Kobe Bryant 2) Magic Johnson 3) Kareem Abdul-Jabbar 4) Jerry West 5) Shaquille O'Neal (yep, pre-Miami, trying to have a change of heart here)
  20. Good for Deng, great for Chicago. After losing Gordon with no compensation, the Bulls are going to have to look to Deng to get that offensive production they lost, as well as a healthy John Salmons.
  21. Yeah. You have Speights and Smith though, right? I'm sure Philly can find at least one more guy to sign and stick up front.
  22. I don't see why Hakim would accept a one-year deal to a team that isn't going to contend for a championship and will just have him playing under Brand, who could get big minutes if fully healthy.
  23. I'm going to take Brook Lopez. Jefferson needs to play the four, and having Lopez at the five would allow that to happen. He's a legit starter and potential all-star center. Not only that, but I can't imagine the Wolves being any better than they were last season, because Lopez wouldn't have THAT big of an impact yet...and that could mean that Lopez, Jefferson and Rubio could have been Minnesota's trio in a couple of seasons.
  24. 1) Chicago Bulls - Derrick Rose 2) Miami Heat - OJ Mayo 3) Minnesota Timberwolves - ? Vote and explain why, please.
  25. Leave it open for the trade sending Bosh to another team by February. I don't know. Joey Graham seems like the logical choice. I'm not sure how much Delfino would contribute in Toronto, because if DeRozan turns out to be a poor man's Vince Carter (haha, sorry for the reference, Toronto fans), he'll be getting the bulk of the minutes at the two, and Delfino sure the hell won't be playing any time behind Turkoglu, seeing that he can shoot and handle the ball. Graham is the guy that will come off the bench and work hard for you, put a body on someone and just dig deep. He won't give you that big sixth man production off the bench, either, but for a last roster spot, you really can't say you expect it from him.
