  1. Apparently they aren't. They could've had Darko for him, and Darko would probably contribute more (in a positive way, of course) than Zach.
  2. Not this off-season. He's still owed around $10.5 million, two years left on the contract. After next season, he'll be an expiring $5.5 million for teams looking at cap space in 2011.
  3. People are just pointing fingers, that's all. By the way guys, we just reached an OTR record of 2,241 posts in one day.
  4. Dump him when you can. He doesn't want to stay in Phoenix.
  5. I believe Kidd is unrestricted. He can do what he wants. If another team was interested in Farmar, they can pull a sign and trade off with Jason.
  6. Well, Farmar will make around $2 million next season, and he has a qualifying offer of $2.8 million or so for the following season. So if Kidd were to want half the MLE, we would probably pull the trigger, granted it would be around $3 million. We would have to add someone like Yue. I'd have to go check the correct numbers.
  7. Haha, nah...you want Rubio to team with LeBron on the Knicks.
  8. If Manu stays healthy, it's going to be very tough to beat the Spurs, and you will see a Lakers/Spurs conference finals. I would put money on that. The safe bet is to say the Lakers and Magic will meet in the Finals. I'm not so sure if Garnett will be fine for a full season on that knee of his. Otherwise, Boston will be there. And if Orlando is without Turkoglu, Lakers will win once again, and it'll be in six (Nelson will be back). If it's Boston, Lakers take it in six. If Cleveland gets to the Finals, it's because Shaq and LeBron are compatible, and that's a seven-game series for the Lakers.
  9. Nope. But I think if we got rid of Farmar for more cash, or for a pick, we'd pull a little from our MLE to bring him in for a two or three year deal.
  10. Assuming talks are going on with Kidd, the only reason I see him being anywhere else is if he's asking for too much money, but knowing Kidd and his desire to win and play alongside Bryant and in a pass-privileged offense (if that makes sense), I wouldn't be surprised if he takes a lot less.
  11. I'd start Stevenson and bring Miller and Foye off the bench as your backcourt duo. You gotta get scoring from somewhere when your guys are resting, and not only that, but I'm not sure if you can distribute the ball evenly between Arenas, Butler, Jamison and Miller without having some sort of dysfunction during gameplay.
  12. Well, I'm really not sure how wide the forums/banners will be, or even what the skin will look like, color or design. A lot of question marks at this point. The skin may be similar to this one, or it may be more complex (but not too complex). No clue. Content is first for me, and then the skin becomes the challenge (along with a home page). I just know I still have 97 banners that I would like to try and fit back in, but it's all a cloud of dust at this time.
  13. Robert Horry isn't even in the same league.
  14. He is more explosive, but there's absolutely no chance in this lifetime that LeBron's basketball IQ surpasses Kobe's.
  15. Did you ever show these to me, or were these just something you came up with today? I actually want to add the old skin and banners back, but I'll have to code it to fit these particular style of forums. I think the main reason why I'm so upset is because I had to make 97 banners that ended up going to waste.
  16. How about 2,000 in one day? OTR record.
  17. All of those with negative feedback should be reset to zero now.
  18. Not anymore. I'll fix all the other negatives soon.
  19. You may even see Brown playing the two, and us signing Kidd for chump change, if we're dealing Farmar. It's just weird to see Jordan's name in trade rumors before seeing Vujacic's, and that' makes me believe that we're looking at Kidd.
  20. I'm sure Minnesota wouldn't mind playing three bigs like that. Lee, Jefferson and Love are all three true power forwards to begin with. They can bring Lee or Love off the bench and still have them play big minutes.
  21. You take the experienced player that can shoot and play defense, and still play the four. Sheed needs Orlando as much as they need him. Without Turkoglu, you can take a starting five of Howard, Sheed, Lewis, Carter and Nelson and return to the Finals.
  22. Tyler will be a very hard worker, no doubt about it. I'm just still curious to see his game translating to the pros. But Bird was a hard-worker and a roughneck player. That's what you get with Tyler.
  23. I think putting Shaq in the post against a strong Perkins hurts Cleveland more than it helps. Ilgauskas pulls guys out of the paint, and Boston really doesn't have any defensive players that can stop LeBron getting to the rim (and not many defenders can, anyways). But you won't see Shaq asking for the ball 16-18 feet out, either. Any team will let him shoot that open jumper 500 times in a game, if he had the chance.
