Actually that's not it. The rule is that if you are under the cap, the rule doesn't apply. And as a Grizzlies fan, I am not to upset about this and a lot of people on the Grizz forum are pretty excited about it. Ranolph is coming in as a 3rd option and Hollins is going to make that clear to him from day one. If Randolph doesn't like that, he'll be benched until we find a taker. The problem with Zach is that if someone does pass him the ball, he won't give it up. I'm not sure what to think right now so I'm not going to form an opinion until I see the team in action. I think it may work out.I am afraid Randolph may feel like he is coming to a young team and he will be our best player and number one option which isn't the case. But, we'll have to see.
