Just got off the phone with my Mom and she told me this. Growing up at my parents our next door neighbor was this semi-retarded dude, about 40% slow if you know what i mean. He moved to the mountain area in North Pennsylvania by himself and got a job in a factory and was doing good for himself. Eventually he met a chick (first ever girlfriend, who actually wasn't bad looking), got engaged in December. Both are about 26-27 years old. She had a heart attack yesterday, dead this morning on Valentine's Day while being in a comma. Life is shitty sometimes. Be thankful for what you have.
