Worst that happens to me was last year. I had 2 45lb plates on each side of the smith machine bech press, not realizing there was 2 plates I grabbed the inside one pulling it off and from about 5 feet in the air the outside plate dropped. Nailed my shin on the way down next to slamming on my toes. Felt bad.

Back in the gym for 3rd week after 4 month layoff only king once every few weeks and already back to max bench weight of about 3-5 reps 250lbs plus 45lb bar. 6'5 210lbs.

I dont like the colorful ones either. They are good everyday kick around watches that are very durable. Why wear a dress type watch to somewhere like the gym, beach, fishing, etc when it could easily get ruined.
