Zero replied to The Regime's topic in Minnesota Timberwolves Team Forum
Aldrich will be a solid start center, I don't see him being any more. -

Jordan Hill's stats with Rockets
Zero replied to YugoRocketsFan's topic in Houston Rockets Team Forum
Huh? For one, Hill is already better David Andersen. As a rookie big man he's displayed bad hands but he's getting more for a feel of the game so I'm not to worried about that. Jordan's basketball IQ is being extreamly underrated, calling him basketball dumb is way to ext ream. He fights for the ball, he's a good help defender as the Rockets best shot blocker. Once the Rockets give him the ball more he will become more effective. He runs the floor very well, he's quick for a big man. You look at his potential and you see a special player. He's knocking down mid range jumpers when defenders play off of him, when they play him up close he shown where he can quickly get by them and go to the rack. He's also a very good rebounder for the minutes he's getting, loving the putback dunks and second chances hes creating. btw Jordan is already in the rotation and could see more minutes then Chuck next season, you can see him improving and the Rockets do a good job of developing big men. Quick Evaluation: Strengths: Jumper Post Moves Running the floor Rebounding Energy Speed Help Defense Weakness: Needs to take it up stronger with contact 1 on 1 defense vs guys with good post moves Hands Passing out of post Unselfishness (understandable though) Feel for the game -
How exactly does he fit with the Rockets so well? He doesn't rebound well nor does he play defense. All the Rockets bigs play defense.
-
lol, I just don't want a soft European that doesn't play defense or rebound well that will take forever to develop. Unless his name is Yao Ming.. As for the guard situation I see Morey being very active this offseason so I wouldn't be surprise if we end up trading a wing and drafting the best player available.
-
Good point about Whiteside, freshmen at a small school is a huge risk. I've never really been all that crazy about Motiejunas. He's going to take a long time to develop like Bargania if he can ever get to that level. He's also soft and doesn't rebound very well. Not to mention he doesn't play defense. He won't be an effective 5 and at the 4 I like Jordan Hill more.

If we don't draft a center I expect a trade. Couple guys I've had my eyes on all season on the permitter: Eric Bledsoe, Paul George, Xavier Henrey
-
His shoulder. Glad to see Jermain Taylor getting some playing time.

I don't see the Rockets going SF ether because of Ariza/Battier and if they choose to play Budinger at the three. Cousions could easily adapt to being a center in the NBA.
-
Battier? I don't know about that. Battier maybe more important leadership wise but Battier has declined like a bad boy this year.
-
Beastly, there's no way the Rockets select another PF. I'm hoping to be blessed with one of the Kentucky freshman. Realistically DeMarcus Cousions, I'd love to have him on board.

Iguodala on Kobe’s dedication: ‘Mentally insane’
Zero replied to NJNJ's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
Defending Kobe sucks, knowing the best defender in the league can't have his way with him and his constant [expletive] talking. That sucks. He keeps telling you you can't guard him and you can't say anything because he'll keep spraying you. -
Varejao: 6th Man of the Year?
Zero replied to Cleveland's Finest's topic in Cleveland Cavaliers Team Forum
Vagina<<<<Landry Carl Leads the league in 4th quarter scoring and he comes off the bench. -
Rajon Rondo Aaron Brooks if I was bias but his defense needs a lot of work Kobe Bryant Jermain Taylor if I was bias but his defense needs a lot of work Shane Battier Shane Battier..oh wait Kevin Garnett Luis Scola if I was bias but his defense needs a lot of work Kendrick Perkins Chuck Hayes is actually a pretty legit candidate.

Cavaliers will ask league to review Kobe's hit
Zero replied to The Regime's topic in Cleveland Cavaliers Team Forum
What's pretty [expletive]ed up is LeBron barley touched Derek Fisher and he flops and they called the offensive foul. -
Before you spend that $9.99. Please, stop and consider giving that money to a poor Rockets fan that could use that money on research to find how who/why the hell someone gave Brian Cook that awful contract.
-
If they deleted the dleague, then maybe it could be considered lol.

RIP I remember here from 8 mile.

This is Trevor Ariza first incident since last season. I still consider him a calm player.
-
How about that, Houston number 1. Lol, if you look back in all those rankings, Celtics are always towards the bottom.
-
What's wrong with wanting to play basketball?
-
I'd be pissed off to if I work hard all summer to sit on the bench ready to help my team win games.
