I wouldn't trade any draft picks at this point. Like you said, I'd shop Gordon and probably Henderson. I'd keep all young players and picks for the most part and hopefully let them develop together. Also I'd try to grab a veteran or two in FA or maybe through trade to help mentor them.

Without Rondo, their chances of making it anywhere in the playoffs are slim to none. If I'm them, I'd be looking seriously into moving Pierce and KG for future assets.

Holy [expletive] now there's a draft pick involved? When your a team like the Raptors where no good FA's want to come here, you can't go off trading all your picks. That would be a huge mistake.

You have to remember that for more then half the season last year this team was a playoff team or atleast border line playoff team. It was one huge slump that was the reason for why we finished so low. I think there are a lot of little factors that will change that from last year. For one, although its only been a couple games, Reimer seems to be back on his game, which he didn't have after coming back from injury last season. That can deffinetly be big as far as winning more. Plus, I think you are underestimating the difference between Wilson and Carlyle. Wilson was all out offense where as Carlyle is offense through defense. Plus he won't allow a collapse like we had last season where Wilson just completely lost the room. Not to mention the new top 9, bottom 3 set up which I think is much more effective. Theres lots of reasons why I don't see us being as bad as we were last season.

I'd much rather stick with what we've got. Sucks that we don't have a 1st this year but we should still be improved next season assuming TRoss, Jonas, Davis all improve and we maybe grab someone in FA.

I didn't watch the second half because i have to study for an exam tomorrow, but yeah, Bogut looked very rusty. Is there some kind of time frame when Jonas is supposed to be back? I feel like hes been out for months and I haven't heard any mention of him in awhile.

What do you think about Luke Schenn so far? JVR has played well. He is slowly starting to get to the front of the net and use his body to fight for pucks infront of the net and stuff.

I love Barkov, I'd be thrilled to get him. I really like Drouin too but don't see him playing centre in the NHL. I don't see us being in a position to draft either of them anyways though. I'm guessing we're going to have a pick in the 10-14 range unfortuenately.

Only way it would somehow happen is if the owners want to do it because of all the money from jersey sales and publisity they would get from bringing Nash to Canada. And now that Bell/Rogers own the Raptors, I don't see that happening.

Ya I was a lot more pissed off at the Islanders game. I went into the Rangers game expecting to lose. On another note, I think Kostka is getting way too over-rated. Don't get me wrong, he's a good defenseman and should be in the NHL. I just haven't seen anything from him that warrants him being on the top pairing getting so many minutes. He turns over the puck a lot and has a pretty god awful slapshot. Plus he makes a lot of mistakes in his own end. I think he should be on the 2nd or 3rd pairing.

I use both. I use twitter a lot more then facebook though. I check twitter pretty much contantly throughout the day, and I check facebook about 1-2 times a day.

You can't really use locker room leadership as an argument for making the allstar game.

I don't have any complaints about Kobe and Dwight being there. But Curry should be there over Parker for sure IMO.

I really hope this isn't true. However, knowing BC, I wouldn't be that surprised. Like you said, even though Calderon has played very well this year, Lowry is still our best player, and can/should be our PG moving forward.
