  1. Has Sacha posted on OTR since this? .... lol
  2. I never expected him the #1 be a go-to scorer on the Raptors. I still think he's got the potential to be the third go-to guy or so, maybe 4th. He shjowed last year that he can have a good mid-range jumper, and he's shown this year he can have a decent 3-point shot. All he's got to do is be able to develop both of them into his game instead of only being able to have one of those aspects to his game. You're right about not having great handles, but he's still young. You kind of make it sound like he's 25 or 26 years old, and he is still struggling. He can still improve his game. If he turns out being an Ariza-type player, then thats alright too. I'd rather that than being an absolute bust. The thing is, Ariza has never averaged more than 14.0 PPG, and it took him 8 seasons to do that. Derozan averaged 17.2 PPG in only his second season in the NBA. I think it's a low chance that Derozan doesn't turn out to be at the least, a 12-15 PPG player.
  3. Yeah, it's pretty much the same for Raptors fans.
  4. I like both Adidas and Nike as far as their fan apparel, pre game warm up, etc designs go. I prefer both of them over Reebok. reebok still has the rights for the NHL, and all my Maple Leafs shirts made by Reebok seem cheaper as compared to my Raptors shirts made by Adidas. I don't really know why though?
  5. Well, the Leafs were atleast able to bring tonights game to OT, receiving one point and not losign any ground on Winnipeg. Although in the end, goaltending was the reason for the loss. Gustavsson seemed to get rattled quickly after the first goal, which was not at all his fault. But then right away he alows a softy to give the Devils an early 2-0 lead. Leafs were able to battle back, but Gus again allowed a bad goal near the end of the second. Luckily Kessel was able to tie it up right before the end of regualtion to bring it to OT. Leafs end up losing in OT because of a absolutley HORRIBLE goal allowed by Gus. All in all, 3 of the 4 goals on the Leafs were bad goals, and we suffer our 6th loss in our past 7.
  6. Man do I wish I had 42 grand to spend on whatever, whenever I wanted...
  7. Good trade for all three teams IMO. Although I think Tampa maybe should have just kept Quincey. He's a solid young defense man. Maybe they're looking to draft Malcolm Subban, who might be available at Detroits pick?
  8. I don't watch much of the Clippers, so I don't really know who plays better other than the stats. But going by stats alone, Deandre is much better. Jordan gets around twice the minutes Evans does, so do get what Evans stats would be, you can just multiply them by 2. If you do that, Evans only gets about 4 PPG and 0.4 BPG. He's got better steal and rebounding numbers though. I'd prpbably just leave them the way they are. Evans is a solid energy player to come off the bench.
  9. Mitch Kupchak replied to the statement by Kobe http://www.nba.com/lakers/news/mitch_kupchak_statement_2012_02_20.html
  10. Whats the difficulty your on? I don't have this problem and I play on the one below HOF (always get allstar, superstar, etc mixed up). I guess it might just be because i'm not that great at playing defense. Maybe if you're playing to good of defense for them to get a non contested shot off every time then you need to put the difficulty up?
  11. Thanks! i'm still pretty much a rookie on the forum compared to you and all the other guys with 1-2 thousand posts. Hopefully i'll be hitting up that number eventually ;)

  12. Maybe it would have been better to handle the matter with management in private. Whose to say he hasn't already discussed it with them or something, and they still haven't done anything. Maybe he's giving them a taste of their own medicine considering they've been so public with the availability of Pau, instead of keeping it private like they should be.
  13. Toronto is a pretty big city. Population of over 3 million. I know what you mean though. But Toronto still has a pretty decent sized fan base. Just look at this forum. There's atleast 4 or 5 active Raptors fans on here. Some teams don't have any. I'm pretty sure only the Lakers and Knicks have more. The thing that i'm hoping will bring Jennings to TO is Derozan and his friendship. Not to mention he's already said he loves the city of Toronto on his twitter. Derozan will probably try pretty hard to convince him to come.
  14. It's a little thing called being a good team mate. I bet Pau has told him that he wishes management would make up their mind, and Kobe feels bad for him. Being a whiny bitch would be whining to the media about his team playing like crap or demanding a trade or something.
  15. He'll be 30 before the end of the season if San Antonio lasts that long
  16. Oh, ok so I was a little bit off on the age, but not by much.
