  1. ^^ AHAHAHAHA I'm dieing too jesus that was funny
  2. A little thing that has been a bit annoying to me since 2k11 that they still haven't changed is in the post-game interview how there are about 20 people sitting in the crows, yet there are only 3 different people types. Like is it really that hard to mkae the back of a few more peoples head so that my interview doesn't consist of 3 sets of 8-touplets interviewing me. I know it really has no impact on the game at all, its just a little pet-peeve of mine that I figured would have been fixed by now.
  3. Thats dedication. I don't say this as much as some members on here, but you really do deserve props for what you do on here. Mainly considering as far as I know you make no money from this site whatsoever. You just do it for the site and for the sake of trying to run a great basketball forum, and for that I applaud you
  4. I think I'm the most recent active poster to join the site, and that was about 10 months ago. The whole Shaliq thing though is hard to deal with imo. When I first joined the site, he was by far the most welcoming member. He 'friended' me right away, and wrote on my profile welcoming me to the site. If it wasn't for him, I most likely would not have stuck around. In the way of being welcoming and friendly to new members, Shaliq is the best. I know this has already been said multiple times in this thread, but I'm just going to say it to show that I agree. The problem with Shaliq is that, although he has a great knowledge of the Clippers and for the most part the NBA, he tries to hard to up his post count by posting in threads that he doesn't really have business being in, and starting arguments for the sake of arguing (i.e. NFL topics, saying Holliday is better than CP3, etc). Maybe he doesn't do it to up his post count, maybe he just does it to try to fit in more with the other members since he's the only Clippers fan, I don't know. But when he does this stuff, it irritates other members, which turns into people ripping on him. And like what someone in here already mentioned, whenever someone says something bad to Shaliq, it becomes this big thing and the thread ends up being closed 99% of the time. If its someone else, they can usually take the criticism and not make it into a big deal about being attacked. I'm sorry if I offend you Shaliq. I'm not trying to be hurtful, I'm just being honest. I do understand that some of the time other members do make fun of Shaliq when its really not necessary. But sometimes it seems like hes asking for it when he makes really stupid (can't think of a better word) posts. If you, Shaliq, could refrain yourself from posting things like random pictures in the NFL gameday discussion threads just for the sake of making a post, and would stick to just posting about the things you have a knowledge in, then a lot of the criticism towards you would probably be reduced. Again, try not to take this as me trying to be mean, because I'm not. Just trying to help keep the site alive and produce more activity.
  5. I can understand why new members don't feel comfortable here. Honestly a lot of it might be to do with that there are no new members on here. When someone signs up for the site and sees that there isn't really any active members on here that have under 1,000 posts, that its most likely a huge turn off. No one wants to be the only noob on the site. Maybe we could encourage people to invite a friend to sign up when they do so that they have someone else with a small post count to start out with.

  7. Pretty bad. I'm 2-3 in the OTR league and 1-4 in my friends league.
  8. Majority of people on there are just saying there are little things that need to be fixed. Still anybody I've talked to who has played it likes it and everyone on here but you likes it. I can admit the game is far from perfect but saying the game has fallen off isn't right to me. Especially gameplay.
  9. Thats just the way the world works. I would personally find it creepy if it was a 27 year old male teacher banging a 17 year old female student. I don't find it creepy though that a 27 year old female teacher was doing a 17 year old male student. It's just different.
  10. I'm terrified of how this game is going to turn out not gunna lie.
  11. Theres a pretty good chance I'll be going to this game
  12. Agreed with everything you said. Especially Gray. He is absolutely useless. IMO he isn't even good enough to be a backup centre in the NBA, so why exactly is he starting for us when we have such good big depth? After last night, I'd start Amir at centre no question. I think he's much more deserving and does everything maybe besides rebounding better than Gray.
  13. I liked the look of the team for the most part. We weren't great but we were pretty good. I liked what I saw from Demar taking it to the basket and drawing fouls. His jump shooting was a little off but i'll account that to rust. Barg's shooting was awful but I'm just going to assume that was rust too. John Lucas was a huge surprise and played great. Ross came in off the bench and hit a couple 3's which is exactly what he's supposed to do. Overall solid game.
  14. Still waiting on Simba and Paul to accept the email. Also still have one open spot in the league. Anyone can join, even if you've never done fantasy basketball before. Without atleast 10 teams the league won't be able to happen
  15. Money I guess. I'm broke as [expletive] and suck to much to get a job. Also hoping to buy a used iPhone 4 or 4s.
  16. Thats CFL bro. Edmonton Eskimos in the green, Calgary Stampeders in the red.
  17. Come on she's not that bad. Not to mention shes a teacher/cheerleader. I have no doubt in my mind I'd [expletive] her if I had the chance. Those are pretty bad pictures too though. http://www.televisioninternet.com/news/pictures/sarah-jones-cheerleader-bengals.jpg http://larrybrownsports.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/Sarah-Jones-Bengals-5.jpg Your telling me you wouldn't do her? Especially as a 17 year old in highschool.
  18. My birthday is a week from tomorrow :glasses:
  19. Pretty solid game overall. The biggest surprise of the night was John Lucas. He was hitting all his shots and made some very good passes too. Finished the game with 16 points in 20 minutes. If he can keep it up I'd like to see him get a bigger role on the team. Derozan lead all players with 18 points in 24 minutes which was good to see. On the bad side, Barg could not get his shot going all night. Most likely just some rust. Acy only got to play the last 20 seconds of the game which was kind of pointless. I hope to see him more in the upcoming preseason games.
  20. I clearly underestimated the Cards and Vikes.
