  1. Never judge a goalie too early. He looked great, but I find hockey goaltenders are the most inconsistent players in all of sports. I hope he has a good career ahead of him though.
  2. I want it pretty bad, all my friends are getting it. Problem is I have no money to spend on a video game right now. I'll probably get it in a couple weeks.
  3. I hope he can be back to his MVP caliber form next season.
  4. Honestly they are so stupid for doing this. Theres no way that each and every ref doesn't know they flop. They do it so much now that if I were an NBA ref I would not call any fouls when I see a Clipper hit the ground.
  5. lol is this the same guy that did the dragon ball z thing?
  6. I knew he was a bit known as being immature or something, but him sitting on the bench like that mumbling to himself when the team is in a huddle is extremely selfish. Whats with these centers having all the attitude issues? Cousins, Howard and Bynum.
  7. http://a5.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/414967_10150965616473455_286845273454_12311212_568760970_o.jpg Photo of the 2012 rookie class together. I love how enthusiastic they look...
  8. Marlies won in Ot last night to move onto the Conference finals. So far they've only lost one game throughout the playoffs. Jerry D'amigo is leading scorer with 6 goals, 3 assists for 9 points in 8 games. Kadri has 3 goals and 5 assists for 8 points in 8 games. I've got to catch a game soon. I'm paying for Leafs TV, I might as well be using it. I just haven't remembered to watch any yet. Edit: Oh, and Scrivens has been fantastic judging by his numbers. He's 7-1 with a .944 SV% and 1.61 GAA.
  9. No doubter win. He better be a tarter by next year. Although he gets starter minutes, i'm sure he would probably prefer to be in the starting lineup. He definitely deserves it.
  10. Same with me for the most part. Other then occasionally visiting a hockey forum i've been a member on for about 2 years, I don't go on any other forums. I have more posts on this one than I do on the hockey forum, so it shows I don't post there much.
  11. Yeah I joined I think mid-way through January or so, and as far as I know i'm probably the newest active poster. Honestly I don't see what people like about using twitter to discuss over a forum/message board. Honestly I think if more people signed up and gave the forum a chance, they would stay. Like when I first got your message on youtube about signing up, I almost just didn't bother. It just seemed like another spam message. But I thought I'd give it a chance and I've been here ever since.
  12. I'm sure I'll get ripped apart for this but I personally think Phil Kessel > Patrick Kane Kessel has a MUCH better shot, and is a VERY under rated playmaker. Probably best playmaker on the Leafs without question. Kane has better hands for sure, but Kessels hands are not a weak spot in his game whatsoever. I'm sure you'll have an argument for me though.
  13. Don't really see the point of the signing except to have a future HOFer to help out the young players. Decent signing I suppose.
  14. He kind of seems like the type of personality I wouldn't want in the dressing room. I feel bad for him and all that his career has pretty much been ripped away from him, but judging by the way he talks, I don't see him having the motivation to put together any kind of a decent NBA career together.
  15. Unfortunately it seems that new members are a rarity, and when someone new does come, its even more rare that they stay for long. Its pretty much just the same 10-20 people who always post.
  16. Haha, they must have felt like idiots for celebrating so early
  17. This is great news. The fact that Canada is currently ranked 23 in FIBA world rankings is embarrassing. I hove Steve can help get team Canada back on track.
  18. Shit, I was really hoping Nashville could move on. Mike Smith has really turned his career around though. He looked great early on in his career in Dallas, and ended up being the key part of the Brad Richards to Dallas trade. He never really was able to put it all together though in Tampa Bay. Good to see he's playing like he showed he could early in his career. I'm hoping for a New York and LA final. Would be pretty cool, two of the biggest and most famous cities in the world up against each other.
  19. Wow, that's a big decision. I hope the writing thing works out for you!
  20. Nash already becoming a GM and he hasn't even retired yet. I have confidence he can do a good job though
