As much as I hate to say it, the favorites gotta be Duke by far. Scheyer was very good but Seth Curry and Irving more than make up for it, Smith and Singler are one year older and have the championship experience under their belts, and Mason Plumlee should see massive improvement with more playing time.

Wow. Both the Blazers and Oden just can't catch a break. I was looking forward to seeing him play.

I have a feeling Selby will be staying in Kansas for the next 2-3 years. He comes off as the type of player who wants to win, and he seems pretty dedicated to the program. I see a lot more Garnett in Perry Jones than the Tmac or the Durant comparisons. He's bulked up and is going to be asked to play a lot in the post this season, especially without Udoh being there. We'll see but even if you watched Garnett and Bosh in high school, they were spending a lot of time on the perimeter since they were also quicker than anybody they faced. And BFT, I guess I got caught up with potential, and forgot what the thread really asked for.

I remember a scout saying Barnes is probably the most skilled offensive player we've seen since Carmelo Anthony at that age. He has a great work ethic and I'm sure his talents will translate to the NBA. After Barnes it's probably Perry Jones. After Jones, I'll go with Kyrie Irving. The NBA is geared towards PG's now, he's just the kind of dynamic guard that can get anywhere he wants on the floor.

BTW, Rondo had more assists than our whole team.... He had 13 while we had 12.

Uhmmm....yeah... I don't know where to begin with my analysis, so I'll just say we played pretty bad.

Good win for us, Booker and Hilton played good and brought some energy off the bench. Nick had a great day shooting, very efficient with the ball.

Lol not at all, I did that a ton last season. Nick Young's shot has been on tonight, keep shooting the rock (it's all he knows how to do).

Yeah there were times in that first quarter where he looked like Dwight Howard. He has looked great early on, only missed one shot in that quarter. We gotta step it up on defense, our offense has been fine, shooting well over 50%, and are getting good looks at the basket. With Yi out, I hope Flip decides to play Seraphin, we need to start giving him some minutes. Expand that rotation, now is the best time for it.

There's like no one at the Verizon Center...Is it because Wall isn't playing or is it because we're playing the Raptors?

Lol you cannot be serious. Fed Ex Field (home to the Washington Redskins) has the most traffic on gameday out of any sporting venue, yet we still fill up close to 90K on gameday (largest stadium in the NFL). Beating the traffic is the last thing you should be bringing up.

Well it's not that really, they tried staying away from signing big free agents this summer because they wanted to take a new approach to building this franchise (whatever that is...we're better off throwing money at every player), so it just shows the lack of consistency and stability in the front office. Cooley has fallen off, he's injury prone and just hasn't looked good at all this season. It seems like he has dropped more passes than any other season. He's normally one of the better TE's in the league too. Fred Davis is somewhat of a bright spot, but he fell short of expectations as well this season. Hopefully we can get lucky in the draft, we need to make some moves on draft day to acquire some picks.

Haslett better [expletive]ing be fired after tonight, I'm officially done supporting him.
