The Capitals are the only relevant team right now in DC. Do you know what that means? Well for one, it means they have the best attendance. It also means they have the most success. To be honest, no one. I want to see the Wizards take the same approach the Thunder took after they drafted Durant. Rebuild completely, don't look to win immediately, and let your first rounder develop into a superstar.
