  1. http://probasketballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/01/26/hornets-eric-gordon-unable-to-reach-contract-extension/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter So basically Stern opted to go for the Clippers deal, and is now in jeopardy of losing the centerpiece of that trade. As the source mentions, with the franchise still unable to land an owner, it's tough to say just how much they're willing to pay him, especially considering the amount of offers other teams could throw at him.
  2. Not much to say after this game other than Charlotte being a really, really poor team. Honestly, the starting lineup they had tonight has to be the worst to ever hit the NBA hardwood..
  3. Stupid for them not to give him the 5yr max, I understand Kahn wanting to hold out and give it to Rubio, but you basically insulted the best PF in the game..
  4. He's already worth that right now, if he improves, this contract will be a steal.
  5. On a 5yr/35mill contract. -_- But I suppose if we're able to unload Gilbert Arenas and that albatross contract, we can do the same for Blatche.
  6. Being more skilled on offense does not equate to being a better offensive player. Scoring is all about putting the ball in the hoop, and doing so efficiently. Dwight trumps Lopez in both categories.
  7. Then there's no reason to think he's not the best offensive C in the league..

  9. Durant, Fisher, and now Billups have hit game winning three's on the Mavs this season.
  10. As soon as I said this, Terry has been clutch. although, that was terrible defense by the Clips.
  11. And just like that, Terry hits a clutch transition three.
  12. Jason Terry has made so many bad decisions tonight.
  13. Chauncey Billups has shot 7 threes tonight.
  14. I see his potential as a very good starter on a contender. He has shown the ability at times to create his own shot this season, but he needs major work on his ball handling, slashing ability (that includes finishing), and consistently hitting his outside shot. He's a good spot up shooter and defender, but he struggles as a go to scorer.
  15. Agreed BFT. One thing that came to my attention last night, I think it was Zach Lowe who had tweeted that Nash has assisted on 58% of the Suns of Phoenix baskets while on the floor, which is the highest ever. That's absurd. EDIT: Here's the tweet. https://twitter.com/#!/ZachLowe_SI/status/159742338741190657
