  1. It isn't all that great, not that funny, more of an emotional plot than anything else.
  2. Oh yeah I agree with you 100%. Flip has his work cut out for him this off season, I would like to see us trade one of our guards for a Power Forward (just in case Blatche doesn't perform well), but I think it's safe to say gil won't have to shoot 20 times a game.
  3. Well it does help having Flip as our head coach.. PG: Gil/Foye/Crittenton SG: Miller/Young/Stevenson Mike James won't be seeing anytime unless there is an injury (God Forbid). Critt won't be receiving a ton of time, but that's understandable, and I think he understands that.
  4. He definitely won't start, I don't believe "rumors". The starting job is going to Mike Miller in most cases. Stevenson has proven enough to our coaching staff and front office. He won't be a bench warmer. Depending on what Foye becomes in Washington (either a PG or a SG), Deshawn could be looking at 10-15 minutes a game, which is good considering his very limited skill set on offense. He did solid under Coach Jordan, but under Flip's system, I don't think he would be as great. He came off a lot of screens that gave him some spot up three's in Washington, which is why he became known as a three point shooter.
  5. Well I'm assuming Ainge won't be offering any contract to Big Baby now. Stupid move, the C's didn't need Sheldon to begin with, he will come into games, commit two fouls, and head back to the bench.
  6. He's not going to play big minutes at the shooting Guard spot anyways. He won't be starting like he was projected to before the Minnesota-Washington trade. He won't even be our back up 2 guard. He will come into games for defensive purposes. I don't understand your hatred for him, he made one stupid mistake that we all know of, other than that, I don't mind him. He's coming into this season matured, and with a chip on his shoulder. I like it. Stop comparing the old Deshawn from a year/two years ago, because that's history. Same goes for Andray Blatche. We already have 3 Centers, Oberto, McGee, and Haywood.
  7. I have mixed emotions about this. I hate the Lakers to death, so I don't want them resigning Odom and getting stronger, but on the other hand I'm glad he didn't go to Miami, which means the Wizards have a fighting chance at getting the fourth/fifth seed in the East.
  8. He's flourish under Flip Saunders, don't bring up last season, because that was a nightmare. Tapscott was a mess. I don't recall any articles about Blatche, this kid is coming out of high school, I'd expect a few issues about maturity and basketball IQ.
  9. Didn't you read the article about Andray changing his number to 7? He has a completely new mindset, and he will receive the most playing time out of all the youngsters on the team.
  10. RD never disappoints. This is beyond amazing. Great job, like always.
  11. How many years will it take JeVale McGee to earn the starting Center position over Brendan Haywood? The coaching staff values him a lot, he has developed over this off season thus far, when will he reach his full potential?
  12. I'm a Terps fan, I go to a ton of their games, been following them since early 2000. I hope I get accepted there.
  13. He'll come in a lot during the games, not as much as he did in San Antonio, but he will receive a good amount of PT with McGee and Blatche still developing. At least now, we can say we are deep at almost every position.
  14. 1. Paul Pierce 2. Kevin Garnett 3. Larry Bird 4. Bill Russell 5. Tommy Heinson
  15. Current - Gilbert Arenas - Kevin Garnett - Paul Pierce - Caron Butler - Ray Allen Retired - Michael Jordan - Scottie Pippen - Hakeem Olajuwon - Larry Bird - Charles Barkley All Time - Kevin Garnett - Michael Jordan - Scottie Pippen - Gilbert Arenas - Paul Pierce
  16. Team Reno, Confidence carried the team though, his rap was better than everyone else's.
  17. Nice write up Yama. Enjoyed reading it. I also might add JeVale McGee, I realize how raw he is on talent, and isn't exactly ready to put up huge numbers, but he's going to get a ton of playing time, with our weak depth at the Center position.
  18. All we know is, Michael Phelps will steal the show.
  19. Eh, normally the show is pretty boring, I might catch it though.
  20. He dunked on Blake Griffin. He's a beast, I just hope he gets a lot of PT this season.
  21. Song is sick. But he's not the greatest. 1. Biggie. 2. Pac 3. Rakim/Nas
  22. He could be the replacement the C's have been looking for since Posey left. Big Baby could still come back to Boston, Ainge can match any offer made to Glen. I still think he will come back.
