  1. Ugh, this is hard to watch. Our redzone offense is horrendous, so much has gone wrong since week 1. And don't even remind me about field goal kicks, that was our second one blocked this season... Very pissed off right now, our defense is doing everything for us, offense really needs to find its' rhythm. On a brighter note, Trent Williams has done a good job on Ware thus far, gotta keep it up though. It seems pretty clear that Dallas doesn't want Romo holding the ball long, hence all of those short passes, our D just needs to stick to the gameplan and keep Witten quiet. It's all up to our offense to win this game for us. Test that Dallas secondary and use Fred Davis more.
  2. LaRon Landry is finally going to play, let's see how he does in coverage against Witten.
  3. He was just a touch off. It was a nice read under that pressure though, that's a read you see Peyton make all the time, but also a throw you see Eli make..
  4. Don't feel like digging it up, but I called Tmac a cripple on Twitter and he blocked me. I fought with Andray Blatche and talked to Caron Butler. Caron Butler and Byron Russell follow me :glasses:

  6. I hate the Ravens, but love me some Torrey Smith. He's no Darrius Heyward Bey that's for sure.

  8. Lol like I said, if you actually watched that game, you'd be somewhat impressed with what Hall did. He held Fitz is check most of the game up until that TD. He'll always get criticized for his coverage (most is warranted), but as a tackler and playmaker, he's very good.
  9. And I suppose Tyson's great defense, Carlisle's zone defense schemes to limit LeBron, Jet's incredible Finals performance, and Dallas' great shooting from the 3 were all products of Dirk, right?
  10. LOL, that's a joke right? They had two future hall of famers, easily the best supporting cast in the league, and the best head coach in the league.
  11. One year isn't enough, it doesn't compare to the countless number of years others have put into this franchise. I'll give Shaq a pass because he won a ring with Miami, but not LeBron... not yet. There's no doubt LBJ will be #2 on this list very soon, but you can't honestly put him in the top 5 already.
  12. Happy bday bro, thanks for being so dedicated to OTR, we all really appreciate it.
  13. I think it's a pretty accurate assumption. When's the last time the better team didn't come out on top in a 7 game series? (I edited my post, accidentally had typed 4 game series) I'm sure you can give me a few examples where it has happened in baseball, but in basketball, it's almost never the case.
  14. Anytime it's a 7 game series, the better team comes out on top. But if we're talking about one game, such as the Super Bowl or a game in March Madness, the better team doesn't always win.
  15. Yeah he has definitely made some questionable moves in the past, the McNabb one was by far the worst, but his ability to evaluate talent is top notch. You also gotta remember the McNabb trade happened when he arrived in Washington, so he was never able to evaluate the team. Now that he's had a year under his belt in Washington, we're starting to see this team take off, hence all the optimism in the area. It won't be long before we're a true contender.
  16. Well so far in Washington, he has done a terrific job with drafting the right players, not going after the big names, and making good trades (example being the Hightower trade, we got him for nothing).
  17. If you like Community and The Office, you'd love Parks. I highly recommend it.
  18. I wouldn't even say that right now though. I think clearly with all the injuries Dallas is facing, the Skins are the more talented team. On defense, there's no question we are when both teams are healthy, and as for offense, I think we match up well. Our receivers are very solid for us in this system, and our run game is top notch (the 1-2 punch of Hightower and Helu is awesome). Obviously we have some concerns regarding the depth at CB, O-line, and the inconsistency of Rex, but the Cowboys have some glaring holes as well. The reason why I think we'll lose though is because it's the home opener for Dallas, and our O-line is going up against a great pass rush. Not to mention it's our first road game of the season, while we did do well on the road last year, I don't know what to expect right now. We're also very disciplined now, so far we have the least amount of penalties in the league. There's a lot of optimism here in DC, largely due to Mike Shanahan. Everyone believes in him, in a little less than 2 years he has brought in great players through FA and the draft. He's one of the smartest coaches in the league and has a great knowledge of the game.
  19. Can't wait for Community and Parks & Rec. Should be a good season for both of em.
