  1. I don't recall me ever blaming him for losing games. Anyways, good game, really like the effort especially off a back to back. Without Blatche and Young, it gives Wall an opportunity to get comfortable scoring the ball. JaVale showed some nice moves in the paint as well, and played some excellent help defense. Jordan is taking some terrible shots, reminds me of Nick last year.
  2. Eric Gordon.... I knew he'd make it, JaVale bites on every pumpfake. This game needs to end, I was up yesterday watching the Lakers game, now I'm doing the same today. :/
  3. Nice drive there by Wall, finally playing with confidence and looking to score. Love it. Going to OT.
  4. Terrible end to the game, Rondo made a huge mistake not going to Ray Allen in transition, instead he takes a contested floater in the lane.
  5. He made some bad decisions by going iso when he could have played more unselfishly, yeah he made some amazing players (like the clutch 3 and the amazing pass to Gasol), but it wasn't close to a truly great Kobe Bryant performance if you ask me. 6-17 in the last 5 mins of the 4th and in the three OT periods is pretty bad. He also had some crucial turnovers. At one point in the game he was 10-15 from the field and wasn't forcing anything. This is when I think he's at his best, being the playmaker of the offense and taking shots only when the team needs him to. Don't get me wrong, it was a good performance by him, he ended up shooting close to 50% which is terrific for a SG, but it could have been much better. The game against the Knicks a while ago is just what I'm talking about, 33 pts in 28 mins on 17 shots, probably his best game of the season. He's averaging around 33mpg this year, so give him props, he cranked up the intensity and played 48 minutes on a bum ankle. He took and made some difficult shots, and that's exactly what we expect from him.
  6. He always dominates us, you should check his stats against us before he was traded.
  7. Well he did shoot it, so it could be classified as a block. Here's one block which I'll never forget: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GISDKqmkFbk JaVale has been playing very solid defense lately, he was averaging 4 blocks the last 6 games.

  9. Meh, Terrance Jones is looking more and more like Marvin Williams or Al-Farouq Aminu if you ask me. Similar build, will be drafted based on potential, and are really undersized PF's. I like the fact that he can occasionally hit the outside jumper, can put it on the floor, and has the lateral quickness to cover NBA SF's, but he's a rather inefficient scorer and falls in love with his midrange jumper which in turn depresses his FG%. And I'm not entirely sold on him being a good rebounder at this level, but that's just speculation at this point. If I were the Cavs, my first option without a doubt is Kyrie Irving. With the Clippers pick, I'd say they try to get Enes Kanter, it's a risk worth taking because it allows Varejao to play his natural position.
  10. John Wall: Since you're playing with a bunch of scrubs, look for your shot more.
  11. Jordan was also the one trying to teach Kwame, talking to him after Doug Collins was yelling at Kwame during practices and on the bench. Mike was also the one coming to practices early and watching film with the younger guys. But is it not true? If LeBron had said something about a former teammate in Cleveland, would the media and fans not blow the whole situation up? Almost every move he makes, every word he tweets, is being watched closely by the entire basketball world. The level of hatred towards him and the Heat organization is outrageous. Oh come on man, no one is trying to turn this into a LeBron vs Kobe thing...it's just that these situations more than often involve LeBron, and since he doesn't happen to be in this predicament, I'm curious as to how everyone would handle it.
  12. Let it be known that this isn't the first time Kobe has trashed a teammate. I don't understand why he even has to retaliate...it's Smush [expletive]in Parker, anything the man says is a joke regardless.

  14. If this was LeBron taking shots at former Cleveland teammates, the world would explode.
  15. What a run by the Celtics, Rondo finally is getting back into his rhythm and getting himself out of that slump.
  16. oh u feelin fruity i feelz ya

  17. poptarts? WE JUS HERE TO BORROW SOME BROWN SUUUUGAR!

  18. Definitely a Wizards fan first, but have always been a big fan of Garnett (hence why I support the Celtics).
  19. The thing I love most about this kid is that he does all of the little things when his jumper isn't falling. He hardly ever forces things (sometimes it hurts him because he tends to disappear in games), and has great fundamentals. He knows how to play the game. He would be the perfect fit next to Wall, a player who can knock down the three, create his own shot, and defend. He has superstar potential, and in my eyes, is the second best prospect in the draft right now (next to Kyrie Irving).
  20. [expletive] my bracket, rooting for all of the underdogs now. Marquette wins in a thriller, wow.
  21. Will be watching this after the 'Cuse game, and will be rooting for ND just so Lkr can't talk shit to me anymore.
  22. LOL at Abovelegit for having Purdue in the national championship game. What a [expletive]in idiot. -_-
