No, the Miami game will be a massacre. We have no one who can remotely defend LBJ or Wade, I mean, Demar and Sonny will try, but they will get raped. Bosh could easily rape us as well, if he gets the isolations, which he might since it is against Toronto. I wouldn't be surprised if Bargnani had a solid game, though.

Bargnani might be the least smooth 20 point scorer in NBA history, if that makes any sense. I despise watching him play, he is just so damn awkward to watch. EDIT: Wow, nice quick first step by Demar on Wallace. We need to see more of that.

Hopefully he can just be a solid big man. I have heard Al Horford's name thrown around, and if that is what we get out of him, I would be extremely happy. Though, it seems like he has instincts to be a better defender than Horford, but maybe that is just me. I love the blocks though. I wished he would have been good to go, it would have been nice to get this roughness out of the way early, he is going to be a major work in progress.

Kobe, LeBron, Wade, Dwight and Chris Paul are probably the only championship franchise players in the NBA right now to me. To build around another player, you are going to need supreme talent, with these guys you can get away with a bit less. The verdict is still out on Durant for me, he is really, really good already, but he needs to find other ways to dominate besides just putting the ball in the bucket. Are there other 'franchise' players? Sure, Amare, Bosh, Melo, Deron, Joe Johnson, etc are all guys you can build 50 win teams around, maybe even compete for a championship, the difference is that you need almost a perfect supporting cast. With the guys in my first paragraph, you almost inherently compete for a title with them on your team. This is why it is so hard to compete in the NBA. Unless you have one of the best players in the league, you are going to be struggling to compete. That is why I am such a big advocate for losing big in rebuilding years, in hopes you pick up that Kevin Durant or John Wall player.

Damn, wish I didn't turn this game off, looks like it was a terrific game. LBJ and Wade both had huge games, as did Deron and Millsap. LBJ can't be shooting close to 20 times unless he is on fire. Millsap going off like that is bananas/inexcusable. I think those are the type of stat lines we (Heat perspective) want from LBJ, just not on 18 shots. Arroyo playing 30 minutes makes no sense, he is invisible out there (4 shot attempts & 2 assists), he isn't a threat, and if you are going to just sit him out there it might as well be House, both suck defensively but at least House spreads the floor. Arroyo should be coming off the bench, he would be more effective as an actual point guard, he needs the ball in his hands, House can just spot up from 3. Spo's seat is definitely going to be getting hot though, they are 1-3 against good teams, I don't care if they are still 'meshing', they should be starting to hit their stride by now.
