  1. That would be an amazing trade. I don't really see where or how Hedo fits in the Lakers plans though.
  2. 15/10? You can expect numbers close to Amare with Steve Nash next year if he goes there, this is a huge pickup for them, not to mention he will only get like 10M or so probably, that leaves them another chunk of money to sign someone like Mike Miller.... this could be huge for them.
  3. Good signing for both, manageable contract for a still useful player, considering someone like Mike Miller will get like 5/30.
  4. Just retire already, Jesus 2 more years of this?
  5. We already knew that SVG hated LeBron.
  6. So after all the speculation the past 2 years of it going down, it goes up? Ridiculous.
  7. Lol what a moron, he would be better off joining the Heat who have an better shot at a title next year.
  8. Andre isn't the type of PG the Heat need at all lol.
  9. It is definitely going to be a sign and trade, it appeases all teams (despite what BC said)... Heat retain the rights to their guys, Raptors get a huge TPE and a first (probably theirs back) and Bosh gets the 30M. Win, win, win. I am excited to see Bosh become recognized as probably the best PF in the game because his team will be better, despite him being the same player, hopefully they can win a title there... This affects the LBJ decision quite a bit now, does he stay loyal to Cleveland or go to New York? The Knicks are definitely a better chance at a title right now long term it seems, especially if they can flip Curry's expiring for something decent.
  10. Those sources said that James' representatives requested they be allowed to sell sponsorship for the one-hour special, with the proceeds going to the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and that ESPN agreed to the proposal but had not been told what James has decided. How you guys feel now.
  11. Why would I be mad? Bosh scores more without a PG to pass him the ball, Bosh is easily the superior player offensively in terms of isolation play... Amare has a nice face up jumper but his offensive game isn't as good as Bosh's is, when Bosh is motivated to get into the paint and isn't settling for jumpers, he is one of the best offensive players in the game. 24 and 11 on 52% without arguably the best offensive PG in the game, or 23 and 9 on 56% with Nash, hmmmm lol. To call him superior is questionable but debatable, far superior if just a baseless claim, I would love to see you back that up lol... Marion's success after Nash will probably duplicate itself with Amare.
  12. Bosh will go to Miami or the Bulls will cave and give us Noah.
  13. I wonder if Amare will still shoot over 50% without Steve Nash spoon feeding half of his buckets.
  14. Yes, they were definitely in the hunt for the championship this year, hence them being in the ECF.
  15. One plays 22 minutes on a championship team, sound decision making, great spot up shooter and good passer.... the other plays 17 minutes on a non-playoff team, would rather fade away than go straight up for a shot, would rather throw a no look pass than a normal pass, one gets consistent minutes on a top team while the other plays spot minutes on a completely inferior team. One is probably getting a 5/25 deal this summer and the other might be heading to Europe once his contract expires this year.... but yeah, they are basically the same player since I expect you watch the Raptors every night. Bellinelli is a talented basketball player, he just can't get it together on a consistent basis, Redick meanwhile is as rock solid of a backup swing man you could ask for, or even a starter if needed. If all it takes for players to be comparable is per 36 minutes stats then I don't really know what to say to you. The way they play is almost polar opposite to one another.
  16. Good signing if LBJ or Wade come with him, otherwise this is horrible.... either way he won't be an all-star 3 years from now I can tell you that much.
  17. Lol Redick and Bellinelli aren't even comparable.
  18. Durant doesn't need to prove anything, even if he was a finished product (which he isn't) he would be in the same breathe because he is an all-league first teamer and will be from here on out probably... the jury is still out on Melo (for me at least), I still don't think he is a complete player with a majorly winning mentality, maybe it is just me but I see a lot of Vince Carter in him, he has come a long way in the past couple of years, but it hasn't translated into post-season success despite their good regular season records.... All this [expletive] is irrelevant, when someone says top 5 it isn't meant to be taken literally, of course LBJ and Wade are better, probably Kobe too, but the fact that Durant, Melo, CP3 are all in the discussion basically makes them all top 5 players (despite the fact there are 6 of them omgz). I just think it is criminal how quickly people are forgetting how amazing Paul is, this time next year this won't even be a discussion if he plays a fully healthy year. But for the sake of the discussion, Chris Paul is definitely better than Durant, and better than Carmelo, Durant is still really one dimensional offensively and got exposed in the Lakers series (step back after step back) and while Melo is great offensively, maybe the most dangerous offensive repertoire in the game, he still isn't as dominant as Chris Paul, it is hard to compare a PG to a forward but I just definitely think CP3 is better, whether it be statistically or the win column, he checks out in both.
