  1. The Brooklyn situation is another good point, he could re-up for 3 years then go to the Nets when they are Brooklyn.
  2. It has nothing to do with what I would do it has to do what I think LeBron would do.
  3. I don't know the exact time frame of Kobe Bryant's injuries but I do know how horribly inconsistent he has been this year with his jumper. What I also know is that the most shots Kobe has taken in a single month is also the month he shot his lowest percentage. I find it odd, looking at his stats, that he shoots more when he is missing, logic would make you think it would be the opposite but I guess not. I am not trying to hate or anything, but it seems like Kobe forces his shot and takes jumpers even when it isn't falling. After that HORRIBLE month of January, he shot solid in February, then really good in March, and now he just seems to be slumping again. My only problem is that he shoots so much when his shot isn't falling. Well not my problem, but more your guys' problem. They say the sign of a great player is how they affect the game when their shot isn't working, come playoff time that will have to apply to Kobe Bryant, because with his finger the way it is Kobe Bryant is not going to be the Kobe we have come to know and love (and hate lol). Kobe is going to have to find other ways to be dominant.
  4. The lack of a championship is the only thing keeping him in CLE as far as I am concerned, he doesn't want to leave this team empty handed, but I do agree in a sense because I think he is re-signing for 3 years either way. I think if he WAS to leave, it would be if they won the title this year, he will not leave Cleveland without a title.
  5. Em is pretty spotty with his singles, he will drop that typical jokey first single, then it is one after another.... alot of dudes like to spread em out but it seems Em will drop like 5 singles in a month and a half lol. And ya I heard something from Just Blaze talking about how sick the album is gonna be, also read on his twitter that big news is coming, probably a release date for the first single. Also good news about the accent completely gone, I hadn't heard that.
  6. I think it is pretty obvious he will re-sign for 3 years, it just makes too much sense. There are 2 pretty obvious reasons to me he will re-sign short term: 1. He said he 'won't stop' until he brings a title to the city of Cleveland, he knows that he will have at least one in the next 4 years (3 after this one as well). 2. He filed the information to change his number next year, if anything screamed RE-SIGN, this was it Like said above though, I think it is a whole different ball game if the Cavs win the title this year.
  7. Relapse was a pretty horrible attempt to 'relapse' into his Slim Shady LP days, it was just too much, just too gory and over the line IMO. There were a couple nice tracks like Beautiful, Deja Vu and Underground and a couple more, but a lot of it was very forgettable. Don't get me wrong the flow, wordplay and lyrics were on point, but he was just spazzing and rapping about random [expletive], and we know Em is more capable than that, just look at the Eminem Show. Relapse 2 is supposedly going in an entirely different direction, apparently all the stuff was produced at the same time (for Relapse 1) and was being split into 2 albums, but instead he scrapped all the extras that would have been Relapse 2 and put out refill, that means that Relapse 2 is going to be a completely different sort of album (apparently) and all new stuff compared to relapse 1. I expect this album to be closer to the Eminem Show, which is an amazing album, but with potentially better production, since he is working with a lot of different and new producers (BLAZE). Anyways, Relapse 1 was sick at the time it came out, it was just him spazzing out, but now hopefully relapse 2 is gonna have some 'songs' on it, if you know what i mean, not him just rhyming random [expletive]. Just Blaze said Relapse 2 is gonna be sick and is almost done, I am very excited for this album to come out and expect it to smash Relapse 1. Also hopefully we never hear that weird accent again.
  8. This album is gonna flop in the sales and I think that is why he is so scared to release it, hopefully it is a classic though. Any true hip hop fan should be copping this first day and not downloading.
  9. Jose just watched Deng go up for it, he could have easily wrapped him up.... that is one of my biggest problems with Jose is how he doesn't even make an attempt on plays like that, concedes the bucket then holds the ball for 15 seconds on the other end of the floor.
  10. Hedo has 8 boards and 8 assists I think Devlin said, where has this Hedo been all season? Still no defense from the Raptors. Money Weems gets blocked again lol. Jack is playing awesome.
  11. Maybe he should adjust his shot selection when his shot isn't falling. This is my biggest complaint about Bryant. They have so much firepower offensively that Kobe doesn't need to shoot 25 times if he isn't going to make 10 of them.
  12. Jack and Hedo seem to be playing well, I am not watching particularly close but Jack and Hedo seem to be the ones who are playing.
  13. They group Bosh with them because they will forever be related through not only 2010 but also team USA and also 2003, it has nothing to do with their abilities since i think it is a well known fact (except to you apparently) that everyone knows LBJ-Kobe-Wade run the league. Anyways, Hedo is playing pretty motivated it seems, for once
  14. I [expletive]ing love Sonny Weems now, I can't believe how far he has come from the start of the season, I hated him so much, Like I expect the crowd seems hot.
  15. I have a feeling the crowd is going to be very loud tonight. We are putting the playoffs on a platter for the Bulls but they just won't take it lol. As much as I have decided I want us to keep our pick it is just too hard to root against the playoffs lol.
  16. Oden is already arguably the 2nd best defensive C in the league, it is scary to think how good he could be on the defensive end if he could stay healthy and learn not to foul so much. He is as good a rebounder and shotblocker you could want though. If he has one more huge injury though it might be time for the Blazers to find a new C moving forward. But you can't give up on a kid who is still only 21 or 20 years old, I don't remember how old he is. If he plays well people will forget it, people have put all those things in the back of their mind about what Kobe did before (The Denver incident, the Bynum video, asking for a trade, etc).
  17. Which team do you like better to win a title in the next 5 years?
  18. He better start drilling those 3's in the playoffs or else Celtics are screwed.
  19. people act like we made the out of the blue pick taking Bargs, he was on the top of many mocks, should we have taken Roy? Yes. Aldridge or Gay? Yes. Would anyone else have taken Roy? No, Aldridge and Gay? Probably, would Aldridge and Gay re-sign here after their 4th year? Obviously our team didn't think so, they took the guy who they thought would be best for us long term. If Wall and Turner said they didn't want to play here why would be choose them? (just a hypothetical) We would select the best player available who we believed would be committed to us long term.
  20. Right there with Denver/Dallas on paper and right below the Lakers. Can Kevin Martin be the 2nd best player on a championship team? Can Brooks run the point on a championship team? Can Yao stay healthy? is their bench good enough? There are too many things up in the air right now, to me at least, as to whether or not this team can contend. They do have a lot of talent though in their starting 5. A fully healthy Yao definitely makes this a 50-55 win team though IMO, the Lakers are still better and the Mavs/Nuggs are right there, of course this is all speculative since we haven't seen them with Yao. But Ariza and Martin are good spot up shooters, and should compliment Yao's game perfectly.
  21. Bulls will go 2-2, Raptors will have to go 1-3 to miss, it is a shame because I see us stealing a game and going 2-2, I really want us to miss the po's. I think in the end we will make the playoffs and get owned.
  22. Doubling or tripling LeBron is a fail idea with all the shooters are his disposal, his court vision is as good as anyone's and he will find the open shooter before the double even affects him. Be physical with him? Who is going to be physical with him? LeBron is arguably the strongest pound for pound player in the league, not to mention after the first quarter the calls will be going his way once he whines to the ref. If you mean not giving him any easy buckets, well I might argue that he can finish through contact better than anyone. The best way you can play LeBron is sag off and hope he launches 3's and misses them. Also who is to say if you hit LeBron he won't hit you back? LeBron can flatten anyone in the league with a dunk today if he wanted. The only person who can stop him, is himself, by taking jumpers over and over. Besides the Cavaliers have enough guys who will step in if LeBron is getting roughed up, I think times have passed and the way the game is officiated nothing like this can or will happen. Also LeBron's FT shooting is not a liability, you can't 'hack-a-shaq' him if that is what you are suggesting, he gets to the line as much as anyone already and shoots like 80%.
  23. I want to keep the pick because it is an asset. Not to mention, we miss the playoffs now, we can attribute it to injuries and not our suckiness. At the draft, I believe our expirings, Demar, Sonny, and our lotto should be enough to land us a really good piece in one last attempt to convince Bosh to stay. Of course we only make this move if Bosh approves and says that it makes us good enough. If Bosh says he is gone then at least adding a lotto pick is better than getting swept in the first round and losing Bosh anyways. I honestly think right now keeping the pick and using it as an asset in a trade is a better chance of keeping Bosh than a first round sweep. Jamison was dealt for straight expirings, there has to be some wing out there that we can get for expirings and two good prospects, Demar and our lotto, isn't there? Maybe I am just in denial idk, I am having a hard time dealing with the team we might be looking at next year, my gut tells me that if we lose Bosh BC will make a deal that will make us win 35 games next year instead of 20 games, and get us 12th pick instead of a top 3 pick <_<
