Rose or Durant carving their own legacy in just their THIRD/FOURTH NBA seasons, Dirk finally getting over the hump, no matter how you slice it, the finals will be good. The teams are good, and so are the stories.

I'll just never forgive you for saying (and insisting) Dorrell Wright could be an all-star if given a role on a team. I know that much. Also to say Rose didn't deserve the MVP is pretty subjective. Based on how the award is given out, he deserved it more than anyone. Based on how maybe it SHOULD be given out, you could have an argument. But he did deserve it based on how it's given out, and LBJ didn't (I don't know if you think that but I feel like I saw you post somewhere he did, or maybe it was Flash, not sure).

Haven't been this excited since the JO trade. If we move up I'll be so happy, but scared at the same time that we might take Williams. I'd love to see us finish 2nd with Washington 1st, or someone who doesn't need a point win so we could be a in a position to potentially deal for the pick. We'll see, just excited to get the ball rolling on this off-season.

I remember saying somewhere that Derrick Rose will probably win MVP before the year started (after LBJ signed with the Heat, Rose saying he could shoot 3's, and Bulls getting players), people probably laughed at me. The difference is that I'm not insecure enough to go find it and bump it. If you know you're right, who cares if everyone else does?

I think that is extremely fair and what I wanted all along (3 years is what I hoped for). It gives Brian a window to continue rebuilding this team and establish the direction, and if he [expletive]s up, then both parties move on. I am happy he's back, despite everyone hating him, I am glad he is going to be our GM and be given a fair chance to build his own team, instead of trying to build a team with Chris Bosh.

Cool, anyone can put up a large number of stats inefficiently on the Warriors. 42% from the field, 37% from 3, these are not amazing numbers, nor a breakout year. His stats went up as a result of his usage. He is still a very mediocre player.

It's hard to say, Harden has more of an opportunity but I still think Mayo is one of the most under utilized players in the entire league. He might have meh shot selection and might take too many jumpers, but the kid can play. Harden can too, and we forget it's only his 2nd year, but iunno, I really like(d) Mayo's game, hopefully he gets traded somewhere he can develop as a player. It is clear he isn't fitting in Memphis right now as they're log jammed on the wing.

Too bad JJ doesn't have the same hunger that Zaza seems to, otherwise he could be one of the best in the league.

He seems pretty redundant next to Bayless, so unless we are unloading Jose or Bargs then no thanks, or unless we're getting him for peanuts then no thanks. I don't want us to give up anything significant for him.
