How long can you be content being a fringe playoff team? Sorry, but unless Yao miraculously regains his form from 4 years ago the Rockets are doomed to mediocrity. Tear it down in my opinion. They have some pieces that can land them some picks and shit.

Would you guys be opposed to trading our first this year + our first 2 years (unprotected) away if it meant moving up to get Irving? Do you think that'd even be enough to get it done? I would throw out offers of our pick + anything except Demar or Ed for a pick that could land us Irving. But that either mean Cleveland passing on him for Derrick, or them falling down considerably and Washington/Minnesota looking at him.

I don't mind us playing our shitty players, but why do we have to play the oldest ones? This is such a horrible line up right now at just about every level, everyone there, pretty much, is either old, or won't be with the team next year. Also lol at Jack discussing the standings in reverse, the race for the ping pong balls. Easily my favourite announcer, he doesn't kiss the team's ass. Now he rips apart James Johnson.

LeBron single handedly taking down the Pistons is still the best playoff, and 2nd best basketball moment behind Kobe's 81, moment that I have ever personally witnessed live (on TV). My favourite moment (that I wasn't a fan for at the time) would obviously be the VC-AI battle back a decade ago. In retrospect it really sucks things went the way it did, VC hits that shot, Raps go to the finals, and who knows how this franchise looks, certainly a lot more credible, that's for sure.

Also, thank [expletive]. Even though he is a pipe dream to get Irving at this point, it means that everyone slides down a notch and Raps are picking a better player at 3-6.
