Reminds me of the Raps after their 47 win season that caught everyone off guard, the expectations were just too high for this team this year. To answer your question, yes, I think a rebuild would be a good idea, the Bucks are right in that treadmill area where they are good enough to be a playoff team as a low seed, or miss and not draft an impact player.

Peja is better than all of those players you mentioned except Artest, but Artest has been so bad offensively this year his defense is pretty much moot.

I think the Eastern Conference as a whole deserves some credit as well.

Get rid of everyone except Ed Davis and Demar Derozan, Amir Johnson can probably stick around too.

Well, all I know is that activity will not increase internally, it never has and never will. It feels like this topic pops up once in a while but we always have the same dudes posting in the end. We have a really nice core of members here, and I don't know about everyone else but the thing I like about this board is I don't have to sift through arguments every thread or a bunch of BS topics. I can go through every topic that I've missed in a reasonable amount of time. The only way we will increase activity is to bring on new members. And that is extremely difficult, it has been and always will be for message boards. People don't like when they join a board and are thousands of posts behind people, their opinion even gets discounted because of their post count. Of course new members like Oliver or whatever are an exception, but finding members who will be active and stick around is difficult, but that is the only way we can improve activity. It has always been difficult but like I made a topic a few years back, it'd be cool if we had a rookie of the year or some type of award every few months, just to kind of acknowledge/encourage new posters to be active and contribute in the short term when they first get here. Recruiting is just really difficult. Really, activity feels the same to me, though. It'd be cool if we had a few fans for each team, but we don't and it's difficult even for realgm to do this. That's another thing, it sucks when you join this board and are the only fan of a team (Bucks, Clippers, etc). If we had 2-3 or so fans of each team the activity would be insane, because people would discuss their team, rather than just general NBA talk.

Ajjinca was actually a pretty intriguing prospect prior to getting drafted. You can never have too many shot blockers as far as I am concerned.

Yeah they have one of the best young duos in the league with Griffin and Gordon right now, the future is very bright for the Clippers. They just need to get rid of the dead weight like Baron and Kaman and make this team official belong to those 2. Add another lotto this year and you have a team with as bright a future as any.

I am almost directly split down the middle between hockey and basketball. I have been following the Raptors a lot more closely lately though since my friends from home, who are bigger hockey fans, aren't here and the people I talk with are mostly ball fans at school. Once the Leafs are eventually relevant though I am sure it will be easier to discuss them with people around. My favourite sport is and always will be Hockey, but the NBA is my favourite league to follow right now. Though nothing beats the playoffs in the NHL, nothing.

Triano's comments here are extremely annoying. Bargnani has had bad defensive habits for 5 years now, and Demar is getting called out in his sophomore year? Also it is kind of concerning to hear things like this from Demar already, only his 2nd year on the team and he's sick of losing. Kind of concerning and funny at the same time, if that is possible. Anyways, Demar is averaging 15 PPG now and is averaging 19 PPG this month. He continues to get better, and while I do agree with Triano, I just dislike how Demar is being called out already when Jose and Bargs have been allowed to give hardly any defensive effort for so long without it being mentioned. Anyways, keep the tank rolling.

He should be better now. Just more confident, not to mention he will have played in the rookie game the night before so he should feel comfortable out there. He won't win with Griffin out there, but hopefully he at least throws some sick dunks down.

I think we only held onto him because we were close to the playoffs. If we were on the brink of a playoff spot I wouldn't be surprised if he was used as trade bait. But with BC already out scouting (according to Devlin), it seems he has realized what we are going to be doing once the snow melts, and it doesn't involve playoff basketball. I also expect him to be bought out.

They are better off building with what they have, honestly. Add another top pick this year and you have one of the nicer young teams in the league. Melo wasn't taking them anywhere anyways. Also Denver is going to regret being so stingy, they had no leverage to begin with and the Nets were letting Denver get everything they could want. They missed out big time, I hope they enjoy Wilson Chandler.

I know a ton of people who use it, but I don't. For one I don't know how to use the web cam on my laptop (lol), and secondly, if I want to communicate with someone I will just call/text them. A lot of people like it though, I just don't really see the appeal of video chat, personally.

Found out last night that I've got a sociology paper due Friday, 6-7 pages, like 90 pages of reading (this is the worst part - printed off PDF pages tho, not like a book, so not TOO bad, but still annoying). The worst part is I am getting like a 60 in this class right now so I can't really afford to half [expletive] this project and take a 50 or something on it, honestly wtf at having a term paper worth 20% due 2nd week back. sucks so bad that I forgot about it. either I don't go out tomorrow night and work on it, or I pull an all nighter tonight, or close to it, to get it done a day in advance. Decisions, decisions....

This will probably be an ugly game, then again, whenever I go in with no expectations the team manages to pull out a surprise win. Regardless hopefully we lose and continue our rise to a top 3 pick. All I care is that Ed and Demar get run and have a nice game.

lol seriously? Pretty sure most figured the Spurs to be around the same as last year, maybe a bit better as they were presumably healthy this year, but the best record in the NBA midway through the year? Don't even sit here and tell me this isn't surprising to you.
