lol didn't they get a 1 3 and 7? for a guy who has major injury concerns with his migranes and concussion history...not bad at all and then boldin went for just a 6th round pick, which was crazy to me. 32 isn't crazy old for a wide out ... especially a guy like boldin welker to the broncos is interesting. peyton is gonna love having him.

Lmao...after last season i'm open to anything. Bennett is indeed gone, giants did sign K Josh Brown i'm just hoping we keep victor cruz.

Amar'e needs knee surgery, out 6 weeks
JYD replied to NomarFachix's topic in New York Knicks Team Forum
Nah, his game has really continued to improve the last two weeks. He was looking good in Feb. but with the increased minutes and opportunity he was playing even better. -

Yeah. It'd be cool if he came back for the playoffs at some point and really gave us a boost. I doubt it, but hey, you never know. Guy was starting to play great too. He looked terrific the last, say, 5 games... Maybe they played him too much the past week? Who knows. -
Unlikely STAT or Melo play tonight. Wow. I guess that "30 minute limit" for Stoudemire wasn't 'fake' like Isola proposed earlier this week. With how much he's been playing lately, it's caught up to him. He has sore knees and is questionable tonight. And you guys know the deal with Melo. Pretty obvious Knicks want to rest these guys heading into the playoffs. If that means taking a game off here and there in order to have them fresh in late April, I honestly don't mind.

Vuejvic has been the most impressive from what I've seen. Dude has been balling almost all year. Even though his team is terrible.

perfect word ^ sherman was trolling for real
-
normally i'd say sherman's act was rather clown-ish .... but it was to Skip Bayless, therefore it is warranted.

blah. JR was great all night, not the greatest shot there at the end but not much else they were gonna get. they really didn't get very many good looks the entire 4th qtr. OKC turned up their D and the Knicks options became limited. kenyon martin was a hugeeeee plus tonight. exactly what we need out of him. he defended durant pretty effectively too i thought. oh well, at least it was a fun game to watch. i got so into the game tonight, i can't even imagine the playoffs lmao.

this could be really fun if Melo plays....
-
i honestly didn't til he came in and was dropping dimes and started looking like larry [expletive]ing bird out there. Idk what happened with Melo. Idk what happened to the team in the first quarter and a half. It was clown city out there. It was like they didn't feel like playing. Then they realized, "oh shit, we are about to lose to Cleveland in a fairly important game in March. Maybe we should start trying." And then they outscored them like 72-45. It's honestly an effort thing. Now the media is about to say they are much better without Melo (comical) but they did play great without him, so I can't argue it. I felt like they did kind of get fortunate - in the sense that their outside shots WERE dropping tonight. Novak poured in a huge 15 points and Kidd had a lot of timely buckets. It was definitely a fun game to watch in the 2nd half. Stoudemire was terrific and has clearly proven at this point that A. He needs to be playing at least 30 minutes a game. B. He needs to play the last quarter, specifically the last 5 minutes. Doubt that Melo plays versus Detroit, another big game for the Knicks. If they can pull that one out without Anthony, then the showdown versus OKC will be really fun.

yeah. gotta like the Zags in the tournament. been one of the most consistent teams all year. -
He went OFF.. knicks D on him was obviously bad throughout most of the game, but part of it was he just couldn't miss....Felton did a great job guarding him in the last 3 minutes of the game..the key play being the block with like a minute and a half left Good win for the Knicks though, Amar'e's scoring in the 2nd half I thought was an overlooked part of the game, and then JR Smith and Chandler were awesome the entire night. Smith hit some huuuuge buckets. Knicks have a real good chance to win 3 out of the next 4, and really put them in good position going forward. let's see how they play.

ian eagle is especially good when you listen to him on the radio. having LP, I hear a lot of different play by play guys....he's definitely better than most of the PBP guys for other teams/networks

denver is super impressive. and deep.

Yeah, they are definitely a tourney team. Still have talent. Not a good Carolina team for their standards but they aren't that bad. Definitely playing better If NC St wasn't so awful yesterday we would've won smh at leslie -
Cuban wonders if the Lakers will amnesty Kobe Bryant
JYD replied to Real Deal's topic in Dallas Mavericks Team Forum
I didn't see the big deal with Cuban's comments. Overblown. -
I mean, right now, with how the Rockets have been playing in a tough Western Conf., and how their individual games have evolved since early in the season, I don't see how it's not Lin and Harden. Are those the two guards I'd choose in a draft? No. But, they are playing the best right now. James Harden might be MIP, and Lin is in his first full-season as a starter. Pretty damn impressive right now.

knickstape is back! good win disappointed kenyon didn't play but we didn't need him. actually played with some tenacity tonight. helps that philly is a clown team

lololol. that shit cray -
I'm taking Lin and Harden.

Also one of the smoothest players I've seen Tough loss, got outplayed majority of the game. 3rd qtr was brutal. Everything was pretty awful tonight from a Knicks perspective, can't really think of anything they did well. I'm starting to get a little worried..I wasn't for a while (mostly because Felton was out).... Idk. This team over the past month or two really is nothing like what they were in Nov and Dec.
-
Anyone know if Kenyon Martin is going to play tonight? Probably not going to play I would assume. I'm sure they can't get everything ironed out in time for tip. Just Wondering though.
