So Miami is interested in Mike James...

Lol, no way does Pat Riley want to trade Haslem OR Q-Rich at this point. Sorry, this just isn't happening. Riley isn't that stupid -

I.... don't see this happening. -
No wonder his teammates call him Crash.

^ Well said. I think it's proven that keeping a team together longer is much better for both developing individual players and entire teams. Just look at teams like Oklahoma City and Sacramento, versus teams who made big offseason moves like Toronto and Memphis.

How many times have you had to repeat that?

Cheese. I'm a simple man

Damn 50 stitches, that can't feel too good

I agree, Dorell does look much better than Chalmers in the past couple games. Let's hope he keeps up this performance, and let's hope Chalmers picks up his level of play as well. Personally, though, I wouldn't want Wade starting games as the PG. I think it will take more pressure off of him having someone else who can handle the ball while he's on the court. I prefer him to be more worried about scoring than facilitating the offense on every single possession. He's a good playmaker and all, but I also like the things he does off the ball as well. And besides, I've never been a fan of high scoring point guards.

LOL @ the people on Heat.com. http://i766.photobucket.com/albums/xx308/Dil111/koc-apr-16-9-1.jpg

"Outstanding" is pushing it a little, IMO, but I think he has a very solid overall game. He did a great job moving without the ball, knocking down shots, not getting a single turnover as the point guard, and creating looks for his teammates (5 assists). He's right back where he left off two years ago when he averaged 16 points and 8 rebounds for the last 5 games before injury, except this time he's back playing guard instead of forward, although we can expect him to play some forward against some smaller teams like the Suns and the Warriors.

I take back the part about Dorell messing up his playing time. He's doing a great job finding his shots, and his defense has picked up since the first half. It's good the Heat have played well enough to keep Wade from having to play a whole lot of minutes. I think this team needs to do a better job getting out on shooters, lesson the TOs, and do a better job staying in front of Tyreke and Donte. Other than that, things a looking pretty good.

Dorell is playing [expletive]ty defense today. Way to waste your minutes out there >.>

Naa. Wade just misses Shaq. Everything will be fine

Who says it will be Wade going to Orlando? Work your magic Pat Riley

lol @ all the Heat fans being Mac users
-
Mac is much better for the casual user. If you want to be able to just turn on your computer and find or do what you want quickly without any issues or frustrations, then Mac is for you. If you want to completely customize your computer and have it be able to run anything you want, then PC is for you. I've had a PC for a while, and believe me, going back to PC after getting used to Mac is very frustrating. I'm no computer expert, that's why. I just like to open my computer and just have it simply do what I want it to do.

Mac. It's easier, less viruses, runs smoothly, and I hardly ever get any problems with it.

I really liked Spoe's rotation against LA. Simply put: it worked. The Heat would have won if they made their free throws. Hopefully he sticks to it.

I think it's easier for Gallo to shoot a high percentage because of the mismatches he creates. Plus, he hasn't made a reputation as a truly dangerous shooter the way Ray Allen has. Normally Ray gets his looks by plays set up for him, coming off screens and whatnot, while Gallo just sort of spots up and shoots over the top. Until Gallo starts getting more attention from his opponents, I'm going to have to go with Ray.
-
I actually liked him as a poster.

BINGO.

And when you perform well when you DO play, you're not a bust. The PLAYER isn't a bust. The skills and abilities are still the same, he's just simply unable to play due to being injured by another player. Once again, something you can't control.
-
You control how you play on the court. You can't control if someone injures you.
-
I thought Real Deal made a good point about this in another thread. Greg Oden is a bust in terms that he was a failed PICK due to injuries, although he may not be a bust as a PLAYER since he was growing into expectations when he was actually playing on the court.

I disagree. Steve Blake is an underrated point guard, Andre Miller is a good back up that would start for most teams, Joel Przybilla is a good defensive center, and Martell Webster is a young player showing promise.
