It's decent....ish

I can tell he was playing on an easy difficulty. Plus, this guy was playing terrible D, anyway. In this game, it's easier to score when a computer is guarding you vs a human. Kobe would have had a lower chance of scoring if this dude actually used West when Kobe was posting. Easy Mode = higher % on shots, computer D = worse D. You get the picture. But even if it is that easy to score with high rated players, you have to at least appreciate the progress 2k has made, and how close to real life the video game has become.

LMAO that dude is playing some weak, off-ball D. Gameplay and the computer AI looks AMAZING, though. OMG, I can't wait. Everything except the commentary looks awesome (it's better than before, but I think I'm still going to immediately go to preferences and turn the commentary off when I get the game).

SHOTS FIRED: ''Nuggets Are Better Then Lakers'' - K.Mart
Poe replied to MainEv3nt's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
I think the Nuggets are still legit contenders and could still possibly be better than the Spurs and the Blazers. The Lakers are on another level, though. You have to be blind to not see this inevitable dynasty. BTW, last year's Nuggets vs Lakers was like the '02 Lakers vs Kings. Whoever would win that series was winning the Championship. -
Damn I'm bored, thanks for giving me something to read. Good answers, straight and to-the-point. I agree about Scola having a break-out year with Yao out, btw. I hope Trevor has a strong year as well. People are underrating the Rockets.

It's nothing great but not sore on the eyes either... it looks decent enough to me.

The Heat have no definite starting SF quite yet.. it'll be interesting to see them battle it out.

Glad to see he's OK. He'll be a huge part to this team's success this year.

I think rap artists have features to try to get the fans of those rappers to buy their albums. For example, if 50 cent features Eminem in one of his songs, then many Eminem fans will buy it, therefore increasing the chance of 50 cent getting more people to his fanbase.

Nash: Players Shouldn't Be Judged On Titles
Poe replied to MainEv3nt's topic in Phoenix Suns Team Forum
He wouldn't be saying the same thing if he actually won a title himself. -
Over the offseason the Magic have gotten worse, and the Cavs may have potentially gotten better - not necessarily because of Shaq, but because of the additions they've made to the team that fixed just about all of the defensive mismatch problems. I'd say Cavs in 5.

Of course, he can only just about touch the top of the backboard. He CLEARLY doesn't deserve to be on the list.

Now I'm confused. If 2000 is part of the 90s, then 1990 is part of the 80s, and 1980 is part of the 70s? By your logic, LA's '00 championship is not part of the '00 era, lol. 70's era is '70-'79, 80's is '80-'89, 90's is '90-'99, 00's is '00-'09, and so on and so forth.
-
2000 - 2010 is 11 years. I'll count them out, lol: 2000 (1 year), 2001 (2), 2002 (3), 2003 (4), 2004 (5), 2005 (6), 2006 (7), 2007 (8), 2008 (9), 2009 (10).... 2010 (11 years). A decade is a period of only ten years (duh), so if we're discussing the 00's, we're counting 2000-2009.

I'd say it's between Duncan and Kobe, and IMO, it's Kobe. I mean, Kobe has made it to the Finals 6 times in 10 years! That's something we haven't seen since the Jordan era, and Kobe still has a few years to pass his prime while being in the perfect situation to earn yet another ring. BTW, kingfish, the decade IS pretty much over, actually. The decade is from '00-'09, not '00-'10 - that's 11 years.

Bulls - Celtics. Every game was intense.

It would be a good choice to keep him.

Strange. I actually have to try to not get a good grade if I want anything below an A+. I normally have an A by at least midway through the 2nd. When does your grade normally drop? Steal attempts? Turnovers? Dominating the ball? I guess some suggestions from me is to: 1. Take note of what brings your grade down and stay away from those things. 2. Go after every rebound and contest every shot near you. I got my 6'3'' PG to get 7.5 rebounds per game just because I went after the board every time a shot went up. 3. (If you're a PG) Pick-n-roll (i think it's LB) every time you aren't on a fast break (this will help get your bigs open by the basket), or if you have a shooter on the team, walk it up and wait for your bigs to set them a screen (will obviously get them open for a shot). I got my PG about 13 assists per game with these two tricks and fast breaks. 4. This probably won't help your grade, but a way to help stick to your man off the ball is to push the right stick towards him. 5. If you have trouble staying in front of your man, call for a double team (RB). Double teams raise your grade for some reason, and it also forces your man to give up the ball so you won't get subtracted for being scored on if he gets the assist. I suppose it's a way to raise your grade if you're desperate. 6. A scoring trick: Drive to the basket, hopstep to where you are 2-3 yards away from the hoop, tap X to pumpfake and immediately press the right stick forward (before he finishes the fake, without pulling any triggers). Whether your man jumps at the fake or not you should score more often than not with this move, no matter what type of player you chose. 7. If you like to dominate the ball but you don't want to be subtracted for holding it too long, just pass to a wing player and run up to him and press A to ask for it back, to sorta reset your unseen ball-in-hands timer. 8. You get a positive grade for good passes, or just passing to people who's man isn't tight on him or recovering. You can help create space for you're teammates when you pass the ball from using icon passing, by press RB-B (if you're passing to a SG, for example) while pulling the left stick in the direction you want your teammate to catch the ball. It helps to get players the ball in better position especially when they are either on a fast break or coming off a screen. That's about all I can think of right now. I'll post more when they come to mind.

Whats up with all the Machine Hate?
Poe replied to Mike Hawk's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
- No, I don't hate Sasha. - It's unlikely that he will have a break-out year because of the players he has to compete with on the bench. Morison, Walton, Brown, and Farmar, all of whom won't be taking very many minutes from Bryant or Artest. With a PG (Farmar) and a shooter (Morison) who both have something to prove in their contract year, I don't see Sasha with the same motivation to compete for either of those two roles. Despite the circumstances, there's always a chance, but it's doubtful.
