Hmm, interesting. They should change Evans to just G instead of PG.

Subgenres, dude. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heavy_metal_subgenres

Stats-wise, sure.. Most analysts say that he doesn't show up when it comes to being clutch. Don't take my word for it.. I'm listening to the professionals who analyze things.
-
Bogut for MIP, IMO. Took a while for the first pick in the first round to live up to his potential.. but hey, at least he's up there now.
-
lol. His new account name pretty much gave it away.. I'd put Evans as a PG, not a SG, to be honest.

Draft prospect discussion
Lone Wolf replied to Heir Rose's topic in Minnesota Timberwolves Team Forum
Here's how the Wolves should look at it..... Wall: Obvious choice. Turner: Player of the year, in my opinion. He's like a Brandon Roy type player. He can play defense, pass, shoot, slash and rebound. Whiteside: Defensive center who can score a decent amount. Monroe: Can score, rebound, block a bit and pass. A very good choice for the Triangle. My problem is, is he 6 foot 10, or 6 foot 11? He will need a good wingspan for center purposes. Aldrich: Defensively good. Offensively, he could improve. -
Typical Wolves play. We don't have a go-to guy. Jefferson was last year, but Rambis is implementing the Triangle, which is putting Jefferson and others back. I just wonder how the Wolves would do if Rambis would run the pick and roll more often.. something that all of the Wolves have been playing for years. Fans have discussed Greg Monroe from Georgetown as a choice from the Bobcats protected pick. Monroe won't be a choice for the Wolves if the Bobcats get into the playoffs, I believe or if he gets picked beforehand. He had the most assists in today's game for Georgetown. Some sites have him listed as 6 foot 10 inches whilst ESPN has him at 6 foot 11 inches. If he is about 6 foot 11 inches, I'd like to have him as a Center. I hope he has a good wingspan, too.

A team with a lot of potential cannot get a damn break. I hope Santana and Bay carry the Mets through. I'd love to see a NL East showdown between the Mets and Phillies.
-
Probably due to the fact that he doesn't really show up during the playoffs? *shrug*

Best CF in baseball? Debatable. Matt Kemp? Breakout year. Curtis Granderson? He can hit, run and score. There are a few other center fielders who could produce more, if they had more playing time (Adam Jones, etc.). I wouldn't look at his contract like that, considering that Bay and Holliday just got new contracts this year. Apparently ESPN does not have the 2010 salaries. But the Angels are picking up a lot of money on his contract. 21.5 million dollars of the 23.5 million dollars left. Dude isn't that good. Like I said, 1 to 3 out saves do not impress me, at all. I'll take everything back if they play consistent, injury free baseball. The Twins make less money and make the playoffs, at least. Any who, I won't be near a computer until Sunday night. I have nothing against the Mets.. They just need to play better. They have very good players, but they need to show up. I'll eat my words if they make the playoffs or make it a race.

How much would you pay for Rudy Gay?

It's all good. Deng's contract is nasty, as in bad. -
You forgot the words "if they play".
-
Oliver Perez? He's still with the Mets?? LOL. Perez. Beltran. Mathews, Jr. Escobar. K-Rod. A bit overrated, imo. Dude needs to do more than just get 1 to 3 out saves. Maybe Jason Bay. We all know how players do when it comes to the last year of their contract.. I hope he plays great. I'm glad he got out of Pittsburgh. I'll take back what I said if they play consistent, injury free baseball.

Around the Horn. If Adande wins, he calls it his lounge and talks about whatever for 15-30 seconds. meh.

Ahhh. I thought you meant he didn't deserve to be in the top 10. Sorry. -
Oh hey JA Adande.

I would not mind a realignment... but to separate the Red Sox from the Yankees is a definite no. Having the Twins with the Brewers, Cubs, White Sox and Tigers would be awesome. I was telling my co-worker that the rivalries would sweeten up if they were in the same division.

Overpaid players don't deserve to be listed. I really like Beltran and Bay, though.

Josh Smith is a PF, not a SF. Don't underestimate Iggy, Slaven.. -
Liriano did great during the winter, according to people/players. Nathan might let soreness and swelling subside, and build strength in the muscles around the joint, before a final decision about surgery. Or take the surgery.. If so.. 1) Get John Smoltz. Seemed a bit too inconsistent last year. Risky. 2) Slama. He's been pitching great in the minors. He pitched 1 inning for 2 Ks against the Cardinals today. 3) Rotational closers. 4) Rauch. Dude had 17 saves with the Nationals a few years ago. But yeah, I'm pissed. Twins players who have suffered this [expletive] the past few years are: Liriano: First year in the majors. Neshek: Last year. Nathan: This year??

I saw a video of a battle. Interesting.
-
Thank you! His block shots are usually coming from behind when someone aims for a layup. I give him credit for the hustling, though..
-
Is entering the battles the same as 12 or the ones previous to 11? I didn't like how they changed it with 12.

I was at the game. Way too many mistakes during the game. Flynn needs to be more patient and stop passing to the inside when teams play zone defense. Their defense is horrible. Someone will penetrate, then pass the ball to a wide open jump-shooter. They also need to have more energy when it comes to both sides. The lack of contesting shots and penetrating to the rim really irritates me.

I threw up. I honestly feel like shooting my TV if I hear 'I gotta feeling' during a sports game.
