New Jersey @ Minnesota

Sessions Wilkins Brewer Gomes Jefferson :-\ -
Hmm. I've been thinking about this, actually.. at least what to say.
-
Honestly, the only thing I'm upset at is that we had chances to take the lead, but it didn't happen due to turnovers. Otherwise, at least the loss is out of the way (especially against a very good team, the defending Super Bowl champs). I just hope that the Vikings get everything back together so they can defeat the Packers at Lambeau. Oh, I've heard that Winfield might be out for a month. Great.
-
It's sad that you don't understand what Peterson does that makes him such a successful running back. Sometimes teams have to win games without their best player doing much.
-
Favre completed 34 of those passes for 334 yards. The Vikings had more yards and possession of the ball. The only issue was the turnovers in those crucial moments. One was a fumble by Favre (the Vikings allowed 4 sacks and 6 QB hits) and the other was an INT that came off the tipped fingers of C. Taylor. Favre was brought to the Vikings to manage games, win games and pass if Peterson is getting no where.
-
Peterson's yard per carry was low, that's why.

LMAO at mentioning the word "owned".

Wow! Very nice work.
-
Brewer has been starting in the preseason, I believe.
-
Yeah. That's what I'm thinking.
-
Maybe a lot of changes at the SG/SF position once Love is back.
-
This is a toss up... Flynn Brewer Gomes Love Jefferson Of course, Love is gone up to 2 months, but I'd go with that, since it sounds like the most ideal starting lineup for most of the season. You could always wait and see what the Wolves will do for the first week, then change it once Love is back.

Grats, Wali.

ALDS Discussion: Minnesota Twins vs. New York Yankees
Lone Wolf replied to Phightins's topic in Baseball Gameday Discussion
I'm sure the other relievers had better success against the heart of the Yankees lineup than Nathan. Thing is, Damon has been in numerous playoff games, won a world series, etc. I don't think Kubel has even been out of the first round. Regardless, the Twins didn't play Twins baseball. I hope we can get Mauer to a nice long contract, maybe get Cabrera back.. and some fans want Perkins to be traded (filing grievance). -
lol... woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow.. By the way, are we going to get a sub-forum where posts do not count?
-
Fluke? They're getting owned in injuries..
