  1. Sounds like the trade is: To Denver: Andre Miller, Nolan Smith To Portland: Raymond Felton, Kenneth Faried although no confirmation about the draft picks being involved, the Miller/Felton portion of the trade is legit.
  2. I think he is getting traded. It sounds like the Nuggets and Blazers will swap Felton/Miller as well as 1st round picks. From Spears Twitter. If this pick is Faried I definitely think it is true.
  3. Yup, that is what I am hearing as well. Just posted it in the thread in the Rockets forum and Woj said that was the trade. PS: DId they say the Toronto Trailblazers there?
  4. Definitely thought Faried would be the pick here. Everything I read suggested that tehy absolutely loved him last season before he pulled out of the draft and still completely adored him this season. Smith isn't a bad pick by any means, though. He won't be anything spectacular, but he should be a solid guard for them.
  5. I'll post more should I find anything before anybody else. Looks like Dash at least got one player he wanted, haha.
  6. Actually, he is likely to be traded to Houston.
  7. Whatever you say. I highly doubt the Wolves are keeping Motiejunas. There is simply no room on the roster for him considering they have Darko, Love, Beasley, Williams and Pekovic all on the roster.
  8. I think it is absolutely retarded. The guy was considered to be the 4th best prospect in the draft, possibly the 3rd depending on who you talk to, but because he is European he is going to be a bust. I guarantee that nobody would have a problem with this pick if he was an American. I've yet to hear a valid argument against the pick as everything is about how he is a European.
  9. Yeah, so, in conclusion, basically no different. Both bring pretty much the same thing to the table. Also, sounds like there was a trade. I made a thread about this, but figured I'd post it here as well. Spurs also are supposedly getting the 42nd pick in the draft. Hamilton would have been a much better pick here for the Bucks. Sure he can be a bit of a chucker, but he would give them a much needed offensive player. I think he would've been a better pick than Harris, but I admit to knowing next to nothing about Harris.
  10. I think the Spurs are also getting the 42nd pick in the Draft in addition to Leonard, although I'm not sure abuot that one.
  11. Faried is basically no different than Turiaf, though. He wouldn't have been a bad pick by any means, but at least Shumpert gives them a bit more versatility and could develop into a very nice defensive stopper off of the bench. Plus, it is always great to have an athlete like him when you play a system like D'Antoni runs.
  12. Gotta love Knick fans booing their own draft picks. Typical.
  13. Chris SIngleton? He makes sense as the Knicks definitely need defense, but with Melo and Fields on the team he may not be the best fit. I wouldn't worry about fit though, considering how they lack any depth at all. Hamilton woudl be nice, but he is super redundent with Melo and Amare on the roster already.
  14. No surprise here. With the rumors of the Pacers wanting to move Granger it makes sense to pick up Leonard here. Him and Paul George compliment each other very well if you ask me. He is the BPA here as well.
  15. Pretty simple question. Are you happy with the Raptors drafting Valanciunas at 5? There are definitely some mixed reactions on this pick and I have to believe that a part of that is because of him being a European player and the possibility of him not even playing for the Raptors next year.
  16. Guess I was wrong about Leonard. I don't understand this pick. Why draft Morris when you just picked Patterson last year, have Scola on the team and another project big like Jordan Hill? Not bad talent wise, but it doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
  17. I know, Marcus clearly has more potential considering he is 7 minutes younger. What are the Suns doing drafting this geezer over his younger brother?
  18. I doubt it. I would be very surprised if both Phoenix and Houston pass on him.
  19. A Harris/Burks backcourt is ugly when it comes to perimeter shooting. Teams will be absolutely packing the paint whenever they play the Jazz as they don't really have any good perimeter shooters.
  20. My mock draft has gone to shit lol. The funny thing is that I had Kemba going here originally, but moved him down and I seriously contemplated Thompson going to the Cavs, but decided against it thinking that if they were going after him that they would've traded Val to Detroit for Thompson.
  21. Tell me about it. He looked even more upset when they interviewd him lol.
  22. 4 non American's drafted in a row. Just goes to show how much the game has grown over the years. EDIT: My bad, it was actually 5.
