Still not sure if the Grizz pulled out or if they didn't get it done in time. Stein is saying Heisley wasn't even sure: Either way, this is good for the Grizz. This would've been without a doubt the worst move of the deadline. I don't know what the hell they were thinking trading Mayo for that god awful return. This management is completely incompetent that they would even discuss that trade.

Boston must be clearing room to sign a big who gets bought out.

Bulls didn't make any trades today. They really blew it if you ask me. Even if they didn't want to trade Asik for Lee, I don't understand why they wouldn't go after somebody like Anthony Parker, JR Smith or even Leandro Barbosa. With Boston blowing their chances of a championship, they could've really made some noise in the playoffs if they filled that gaping hole at SG. Bad decision on their part if you ask me.

No. I don't like Bargnani much either, but he is clearly better than Calderon. The only argument would be that Bargnani is signed for another 4 years after this season instead of Calderon's 2, but other than that there is no reason why the Raptors should move Bargnani before Calderon.

Even then, how do they expect to guard Gasol, Odom and Bynum if they make it to the Finals? Murphy will get eaten apart by whoever they have him on and KG can only guard one of Gasol or Odom. Shaq can matchup with Bynum, but can you really rely on him at this point? I just don't like how much stock they are putting into the health of Shaq and JO. These trades have potentially disasterous results.

Still hate this trade for the Grizzlies, if it happens. They definitely could've gotten more for Mayo than McRoberts and a mid 1st round pick/late lottery pick in a weak draft. Has his value dropped that much?
