Huge steal by Wade. What a play to basically seal the game for the Heat. Good job Celtics. When I want you to lose you always win, but when I want you to win you have to lose the game. Chokers...
-
I never thought I would say this, but.... Go Boston.
-
Good god, Jack has been so sketchy this quarter. Oh brilliant, he misses the 2nd free throw as well. Now it is only a 3 point lead. Watch the Magic hit a three and tie the game up.
-
Good god, this refing is complete bull[expletive]. The Magic haven't committed one foul this entire half appearently and they have called like 6 ticky tack foul calls on the Raptors, 4 on Bargnani alone. The Raptors have played like crap which has enabled the Magic to get back into the game, but god, this refing has been pathetic and has played a huge part in the Magic's comeback. Raptors offense is pathetic right now. The Magic are sending a 2nd defender at Bosh once he touches the ball and the rest of the Raptors are just standing around doing nothing. Lmao, at the Magic complaining about a foul call there. Do they really have any right to complain about officiating? Its a 4 point game with a minute left. Hardly over yet, espeically with the Magic's perimeter shooters combined with the raptors poor defense. And now a 2 point lead...
-
Bargnani sure gets shafted on a lot of foul calls. How the hell was that a foul on Bargnani? Another foul on Bargnani. That is what, 3 fouls in the last1:30 called on him, all of which were questionable calls?
-
Huge coaching mistake there by Van Gundy. No way should he have Howard on the floor for the final minute with 4 fouls. Great job by Belli to sell that foul (it was a foul in the first place, but Marco did a good job of selling it) and put Howard on the bench with 5. Raps up 18 at the end of the 3rd.
-
Technically, they are only on a 1 game winning streak. -_- Raptors up 14 after that horribly overplay from Howard on Bosh, which ld to an easy dunk for CB4.
-
How soon before the Raptors go on their usual 2nd half collapse? DeRozan has looked good tonight though. 4-4 shooting and isn't forcing anything at all. This is a good sign for the Raptors as they are 8-0 since the beginning of December when DeRozan scores in double digits.

Tyreke Evans - Top 10 PG in the NBA?
Built Ford Tough replied to B-Marsh>R-Moss's topic in Player Comparisons
No because he isn't even a PG. He plays the majority of his minutes at SG. Sure, he plays PG for stretches in the game, but he is a SG first and foremost. All you have to do is look and see that Beno Udrih is playing 30 mpg which would kind of give away the fact that he plays SG mainly. Or, you could look here: http://www.82games.com/0910/09SAC3.HTM#bypos and see that he plays more SG than he does PG. He is also more effective at SG than he is at PG as well, both offensively and defensively. So no, Evans is not a top 10 PG because he is primarily a SG. -
Adam Morrison Steals...A High Five
Built Ford Tough replied to The Regime's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
Give the guy a break, he probably hasn't got a high five since his days at Gonzaga. -
Sixers waiving Allen Iverson?
Built Ford Tough replied to Warren2ThaG's topic in Philadelphia 76ers Team Forum
Whats the point in waiving him? The Sixers are going nowhere this season with or without Iverson, so they might as well keep him on the roster to help sell some tickets. This season is a lost cause, just keep Iverson for the rest of the season, sell some extra tickets and let the guy retire at the end of the year with the team that he gave his heart and soul to. I honestly see no reason why they should waive him. -
Jose Calderon May Return December 30th
Built Ford Tough replied to Built Ford Tough's topic in Toronto Raptors Team Forum
http://www.cbssports.com/nba/players/playerpage/563176/rss Sounds like it is official and Calderon will be back when the Raptors go to Orlando to play the Magic on Wednesday. -
What a great choke job by the Raptors. You absolutely have to love the way that they decided that they don't want to win this game and let the Spurs back into the game. Not trying to take anything away from the Spurs but this game should not be this close and if the Raptors should've put this game away a long time ago. Then again, the Raptors pull this [expletive] all of the time so I'm not surprised.

And Bosh is now the Raptors All-Time leading scorer. Why don't they stop the game for 5 minutes like Cleveland does every time LeBron breaks a record for them? Lol, I still remember that one game against the Raptors when the Cavs stopped the game like 3 times because LeBron broke 3 of the Cavs All-Time records.
-
Whats not to get? They are a good home team and a terrible road team as a result of the lack of mental toughness on basically every single player on the team aside from maybe Jarrett Jack and Reggie Evans. Chris Bosh just tied Vince Carter for the Raptors All-Time leading scorer with 9,420.

So Banks screen was illegal, but that last screen that the Celtcs set wasn't, despite the fact that they were the exact same thing, right down to the identical flops by Allen and Belinelli?
-
What the [expletive] is Banks doing on the floor right now, and why the [expletive] is he jacking up contested 3 pointers when Bosh is posted up down low? And why the [expletive] is he committing offensive fouls away from the ball? [expletive]!
-
Offensive foul on Jack my [expletive]. He barley even touched Allen with the off hand. Also, lmao at Turkoglu trying to dunk it a couple of possessions ago. Stick to shooting jumpers Turk. He just showed why they say white men can't jump. Did he get more than 3 inches off of the ground? lol
-
It reminds me of, umm, what was that game again? Oh yeah, San Antonio.
-
Turkoglu is playing like I posted earlier.
-
Other than delusional Knick fans, did anybody think that the Rockets would trade McGrady for that crap?
-
According to Matt Devlin's Twitter, Turkoglu is playing tonight, Rondo is dressing but not playing and Glen Davis is playing as well. Not sure how accurate it is. http://twitter.com/RaptorsDevlin

Eh, I still don't trust the Raptors to win tomorrow. They are playing on the road where they have struggled all season long. I remember thinking that when they played the Spurs without Duncan and Parker earlier in the season it was going to be a sure thing, but all of us Raptor fans remember what happened that night. I completely expect the same sort of thing happening and to see Ray Allen lighting the Raptors up (like usual) and somebody else stepping up and having a career game. Then again, the Raptors are playing much better basketball than they were back when they played the Spurs and they are heading into Boston with some confidence after winning 5 games in a row. Any word on whether or not Turkoglu is good to go for tomorrow? I imagine that he would be but I actually haven't heard anything yet/

PG: Alvin Williams HM: Jose Calderon, TJ Ford SG: Vince Carter HM: Morris Peterson, Jalen Rose SF: Jerome Williams HM: Anthony Parker PF: Chris Bosh HM: Charles Oakley, Matt Bonner C: Antonio Davis HM: Andrea Bargnani Read the rational behind each selection here: http://www.nba.com/raptors/news/ulmer_alldecade_123009.html Thoughts on this? Any changes that you would make? I find it absolutely laughable that he included Matt Bonner in the honourable mentions section for power forward. Bonner, while a fan favourite, could do nothing more than shoot 3's and make a few hustle plays here and there. I know that the Raptors haven't really had very many good power forwards aside from Bosh, but come on, just leave Oakley as the only HM. Having Bonner is a joke.
